We attempted to go eat here for lunch today. They had items that were still listed on the front of the display but when you requested them they did not have them. Then I requested my lunch in a to-go box because I did not know how long I would be able to eat there before leaving, and the two girls at the counter rolled their eyes at each other and just did not answer my request and did not get out a to go box. We have eaten here numerous times before and we have never been treated so disrespectfully and have never seen it not ready to go for a Sunday lunch. I will seriously think about whether or not I choose to go back here or not.

Worst experience at Panda Express. When ordering our food we wanted egg rolls and found they were burned. Server looked at them and still tried to serve them to us. When we asked for another egg rolls the server told us it would be about 10 minutes and went back to talking with other employees. Food was cold that we did get and tasted like it had been out under the warmers for awhile. Service was unprofessional, bathrooms were not maintained, and food was definitely not what I received at other locations.

I was not "wow"ed by my experience at this location. There are other Panda Express locations that have provided higher levels of customer service, fresher food and faster service. The food, as usual, still tastes great. (I love Pandas Orange Chicken). The staff and speed were my reason for 3 stars. The saving grace for this location and the reason Ill visit again, is its the closest Panda Express between Dallas and Lawton, OK.

EVERY TIME we go to this location, (drive thru) there is a long long wait. We got the wrong thing or theyre out of this and that, or they dont put everything in the bag. People are nice, bit the wait time is outrageous. They need to learn to do what other places do and have people park while waiting for something to be cooked or whatever. We have stopped going here. Sucks because the food is pretty good. Oh well.

The drive through takes FOREVER, however, if you go inside its way faster. The food from the drive through is cold, old, and most of the time not right. The staff is friendly enough, but over all its the food that counts, (it is a restaurant after all) thats the reasoning for 2 stars. Will change my rate if it improves.

The food is as good as any Panda Express, but I prefer a privately owned Chinese restaurant. When compared with a private establishment, the Panda menu isnt as broad and the value is definitely not as good. Still... I like the food here and the staff has been very nice every time Ive been here.

The server did not make eye contact one single time and was extremely rude. Someone elses started helping her serve in the middle of the order and we got double 1 plate. When I said there was one plate too many she said"well you ordered 6". Maybe a smile whould have been nice!

I usually enjoy eating Panda Express but I came at a time when there were a lot of people and there werent that many seats avalible for my family and I to sit! Also just so you know, the cashier was kind of rude...probably because there were a lot of people ordering.

This is the best panda I have ever been to by far. I will drive 45 min just so I can eat here and not in ftw 2 min from my house. The staff and managers are great. Good job panda you got one right now fix the rest

Always love Panda! Went during lunch time, super busy but didnt have to wait in line long, the display was full and fresh, did not have to wait for anything! Very efficient crew and beautiful lobby.
