I went here late on a Friday night. I was ordering dinner for my roommate who has been vegetarian for a decade. I ordered a "small BK veggie burger value meal with no mayo." They rang it up as a Bacon Burger and after I corrected them and told them again I wanted a veggie burger value meal with no mayo. After correcting it to a veggie burger, they asked if I wanted just the sandwich or the meal. I finally get the order and take it back to my apartment. In total I was in their drive through line over 20 minutes. My roommate ate the fries first (which were sub par) and then unwrapped her burger. She finds that not only is there mayo on it but its a meat patty. If you know anything about long-term vegetarians, you know that eating meat can make them very ill. Luckily she had only a small bite at first. I hopped back in the car to go get them to correct it. They were very apologetic and told me they were making a veggie burger. When I get home, she unwraps her burger and not only is it not a veggie burger again, this time its a bacon and cheese burger. Finally, I go back again and sit in line again for another 10-15 minutes before getting told by the girl at the window, who seemed annoyed/confused at yet another return by me, that Id have to wait for the manager to finish his break to get my refund. This time she was not apologetic. The manager finally came out to my car and took my card to refund my money. He WAS apologetic and even offered a free lunch on him the next day (we didnt take him up on it, though). He seemed genuine enough but it didnt seem to really register just how bad this could have been. Despite living close and loving BK, we hadnt frequented this location very much since moving out here. The previous times every thing had gone smoothly but this time was just a giant dumpster fire.

THE SERVICE.... IS AMAZING DRIVE THRU AND COOKS I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I WORK THERE IN THE DRIVE THRU... WHAT EVERY ONE FAIL TO REALIZE IS FROM MY EXPERIENCE THAT EVERY CUSTOMER HERE BUYS AT LEAST 4 COMBOS A PIECE AND ALWAYS ADD ON A TEN PIECE NUGGUT, MEANWHILE THE CUSTOMERS CHANGE THEIR ORDERS AND WANT YOU TO REPEAT THE ORDER EVEN THO ITS ON THE SCREEN AND RIGHT AFTER U THINK U DONE THEY HAVE A SPECIAL WAY THEY WANT EVERY BURGER OH AND IF THE PRICE IS BOT WHAT THEY EXPECT THEY CHANGE THE ORDER OH AND DONT FORGET THE 5 DRINKS WITH THE MEAL.. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR STAFF TRY THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE.... I JUST HAD TO LOOK AT THE REVIEWS MYSELF.. IM GEE BTW ASK FOR ME BETWEEN 4 AND 10PM... IVE NOTICE AFTER READING ALL TGE REVIEWS FOR OTHE FAST FOOD ITS BASICALLY THE SAME THING PEOPLE EXPRESS THEMSELVES WHEN THE ARE ANGRY SO YALL GO POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA.. BUT WHATS FUNNY IS IVE DONE SO MUCH FOR PEOPLE GOING OUT MY WAY... LETS TALK ABOUT SOME GOOD...WHEN THE HOMLESS MAN IS OUTSIDE WANTING FOOD ME AND MY SHIFT SUPPLY HIM ON A REGULAR WITH A BURGER AND FRY AND WATER. AND OLD LADY COMES UP THERE EVERY NIGHT AND BUYS THE SAME THING SHE REMINDS ME OF MY GRANDMOTHER SO MUCH THAT SHE DONT KNOW WHEN I TELL HER ITS FREE IM REALLY PAYING FOR IT AND THE LIST CAN GO ON BUT I WOULD GET IN TROUBLE FOR THE EXTRA MILE SUM OF THE STAFF TAKES..

I came to this Burger King today, January 6th 2015 around noon. As a former Burger King Assistant Manager, i have to say the young man named Victor was a very good cashier. The food was good and fresh. The ONLY thing i did not like was the fact that i went to play with my 2 year old son in the play area and the further up i got into it the more the pungent smell of urine flooded my nose i put my hand down into old sticky pee. When i went to tell the manager (who had no nametag on), it took her about 4 minutes to even come out of the office. She told me she would send someone to clean it, yet i waited and no one came. So i had to leave elsewhere for my son to play. Meanwhile, the food for her drive thru was ready and backed up with 7 mins on the seen and it hadnt even been paid for yet. And the young man Victor was held up in front. while she was diddling around New management may be needed. I know most managers look at this and laugh and giggle and says we are just trying to get free food. No thanks. I dont think ill bring my son here again.

I had lunch at this particular store today. It was okay. The bread tasted stale, but the meat had that flame-grilled flavor I like. Fries were actually pretty good; I enjoyed them. The drink machine had a problem, of course; it seems theres always something wrong with it. Today it ran out of ice. Service was mixed. The woman at the register was completely indifferent. No "Welcome to Burger King" or "Thanks for your order" or anything that, you know, resembled actual customer service. On the other hand, a young guy who was working there seemed friendly and appreciative. And the man who was cleaning the tables was extremely friendly and helpful, and did an excellent job at keeping the place looking good. Overall, I suppose its better than going hungry. Its sad to see a once-leading fast-food chain go downhill like this.

UNFU$#$ING belivable. Girl was RUDE in the drive though. Her attitude screamed "i dont care. "pull around front, fries aint ready. one more minute" REALLY? sat out front for 6 minutes had to walk inside and my food was in a bag on the counter waiting for ME to come pick it up. I DROVE THROUGH for a reason. when i walked in she said "oh ya theres your food" First of all what kind of manager hires POS people to interact with the public. I swear every burger king i have been to in the last 3 years has either got my order wrong completely or the people are just super rude. it NEVER fails. Most of the time its both actually. Never again will i go to another Burger King. I hope your doors close soon. you never have the customer in mind when you cant keep a staff that always has attitude.

7/19/2016 Okay, so I rolled up at 5:38am because I saw the neon light sign that says open 24 hours. I went through the drive through and the guy said "were not open" but I asked again because I couldnt hear him, he said "were not open". I asked, "what time do you guys open?". His ass is going to tell me, "when we get everything effective because were still cleaning up from lunch". What the hell does that mean? Lol. I just said okay and drove off. I was kind of in a hurry and kind of ticked off. When a person ask what time, they mean a numerical time, not words explaining when you guys open, stupid. I should of asked him over and over again until he had no choice but to give me an actual time. Next time Im going to roll up at 6:00am.....

The cashier was extremely rude. Her behaviour toward me would have indicated that either she hated her job or her self. Still, this was no reason for the disrespectful attitude. The play area was filithy. Food all over the floor and table. The manager never sent anyone to clean the area after I made him aware of the situation. CPS was there monitoring a mother visitation with her kids. The whole family from grandfather to youngest child was there playing bingo at a play area. I could not wait for grandson to finish playing. It was 10 x the normal noise level. The staff never said a word. The other customer left the place because the family had no self control of their words or actions.
