This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life The girl at the drive through was so rude and lazy that when I pulled up to the speaker to order she told me I had to come inside. Thinking maybe the drive thru was down for some reason I agreed and went inside. After standing in line for 5 min I finally got to the counter and the manager had been happening to take the order. Out of curiosity I asked if the drive thru was down, he then shrugged his shoulders saying he didnt know. As that happened I witnessed the girl taking an order at the drive thru proving to me that the drive thru was working. When I asked "if the if drive thru was working why was I asked to come inside and wait even longer after waiting in line in the drive thru?" Again the manager shrugged his shoulders and looked over at her for an answer. She responded with "what did he say?" In the most rude of tone Ive ever heard then one of the guys who boxed up the food repeated what I said in a very sarcastic way. The girl at the drive thru the responded with "your right I told him to come in if he didnt want to come in he should of said something!" Again in a very rude manner. At this point the manager has walked off to hide in his office Im guessing. I was there to spend a good amount of money for this place considering I was buying two full family meals. I told the girl who was just being lazy and not wanting to do her job that maybe she shouldnt work at a drive thru window if she didnt want to stand there and take orders all day! And left. I called Popeyes to explain to them what had happened being assured that this would not happen again and that they would follow up with me. The day of this incident was 09/04/15 and I have yet to hear anything back from corporate on how this situation was going to be fixed. From the looks of the reviews it looks as is Popeyes does not care about customer service so I would not trust them to care about food quality either and will never return to a Popeyes unless I see changes made at this location and others like it

This restaurant is a joke. On March 17th, 2014 @ approximately 12:45PM we attempted to grab a bite at this Popeyes location. So we were on lunch break and had as everyone in America knows less than an hour break...While in line for 15 minutes behind a couple of cars... I could hear the drive-thru intercom and the car in front of me exchange dialogue on his order info. The girl on the drive-thru intercom seemed unenthusiastic and a very matter of fact. Basically, joyless and sounded like she hated her job or didnt want to be here at this moment. The customer in front was friendly and was asking for a substitute of some sort... Needless to say, we pull up and nothing but silence. Not for one minute, nor two minutes, no not even three minutes but five minutes. Nothing, zilch, no response. I said hello several times but no answer. I assumed maybe the intercom went down so I decided to pull up to the window. But guess what, no one was there. LOL (sarcastically)... No one. I saw two girls behind the counter at the main register and I even saw some guy wearing a headset as if he too worked for the drive-thru intercom. No acknowledgement... Nothing. If I was not in a hurry, I would have either laid on the horn until someone came to the window or went inside to complain to management. Didnt have time for either. Went to Jack in the Box instead and received excellent customer service with hot fresh food. This would have been our first time at Popeyes Chicken and we would have been loyal for decades to come... Considering we just moved to this area... Not anymore. I could not tell you how the food tasted but I can tell you how the service was. IT WAS NON-EXISTENT! My recommendation?? Go elsewhere if you are in a hurry. Big Henry

[Wrote this last night on 5/3] Every time I come here, the service is horrible. My order is always wrong. I have been waiting over 40 minutes just to place my order tonight. Im finally at the speaker, the first thing the guy says is, "The wait for spicey and mild is over 15 minutes." I tell him thats fine. I then try to take my order and silence. No response. Even after saying hello a couple times. I hate this location. The staff is unprofessional and rude EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE. DONE WITH THIS LOCATION AFTER TONIGHT!!! I am on my lunch break, I work evenings and I will have been sitting here for an hour in the drive thru. I will be late. This location seriously needs to get its act together. I know how it is, I use to manage the drive thru at a Taco Bell, but to leave your guests guessing and ignoring them when they are trying to get service is inexcusable. Now they just told me the wait is 30 minutes for chicken. Im done. I just drove off after waiting 45 minutes for nothing.

I have come to this location multiple times, and the majority of the times the service sucks. The food isnt horrible, yoonlyt what you pay for I guess, but when it takes 5 minutes just to order and at least another 15 until you actually get the food. By that time the food is either room temperature or steaming hot from being reheated in a microwave. The employees seem to feel like we customers are there to serve them. You have to walk people through how to take payment, but before that you have to break it down slowly to tell them your order, like theyre children. If you are gonna have a promo sale on something such as butterfly shrimp and you also sell fish, dont you think stocking up on the condiments?? Not everyone likes ketchup... To sum it up i guesd i have come back here maybe hoping thebnext time will be better, which hardly ever is the case, so I only have myself to blame. Dont waste your time or money.

When I go to Popeyes, Im always prepared to receive good food, and poor customer service. Today was no exception. Google prompted me to review this visit, so I figured I would. I ordered spicy tenders, but received regular. Not a big deal, both are delicious. I noticed after I sat down that I wasnt given a dipping sauce, even though I asked for blackened ranch (both spicy tenders and blackened ranch were on my receipt). I went to the counter and asked for some, and she told me it would be $0.16. I explained that I didnt get any with my order. She didnt seem to believe me, and told me she would still have to charge me. I just told her to forget it and went back to my table and finished my good but disappointing Popeyes lunch. I know these are miniscule issues, but a reviews a review.

This was my first time eating at a Popeyes, and I was impressed. The food was good and the customer service was excellent. My wife is military, and when we asked if they provided a military discount, the manager on site overheard us, walked to the register, and applied a very generous discount (I think it was their employee price). We didnt even expect a military discount...we just asked if there was one. That was an awesome gesture! To top it off, while we were eating, we heard all of the guys in the kitchen singing to each other and just having fun. I always appreciate that stuff because it is not only entertaining to me, but it also shows that the people working are happy to be there. Ill definitely go here again.
