This was the absolute worst chicken e meal Ive eaten from any of their restraunts. We pull up to order & sat for 5 minutes because the speaker wasnt working.... but apparently they werent paying any attention. After taking our order we waited 15 minutes to get our food, the lady came to the window & took my card to pay & then we waited another 5-7 mins for her to come back & tell us, "Your card isnt working for some reason..." ??? They took our other card from the same account & it worked... But we got our food & it tasted TERRIBLE! No salt on anything & no biscuits?! What kind of chicken e is this?!

The decatur chicken express is awful. The staff is all kids and they are rude. They stand there on their phones while you wait for your order to be placed, and once they come to take your order, after after thing you say they come back with is that all. If you go through the drive through, check you order before you leave, because you will be going back to get your food. If your eating inside, go ahead and check out the mold growing on the ceiling tiles above.

Burnt 2 parts of a $50 order & left out our extra gravy. Assistant manager acts as if we are lying & tells us to bring up 1 part of the order, that is all she can replace if it is burnt. We call the manager & get almost the same treatment. We are told to bring the pictures to the store & well go from there, while defending the assistant managers attitude. We now are seeking a full refund from corporate. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This place used to be ok--for fast food; however their customer service has gotten terrible over the past several months. Never pay cash here, always use a card. I just witnessed staff making fun of two elderly customers in exaggerated, loud voices that carried everywhere--as was no doubt their intention. Because of their unprofessional staff and mediocre food, I will never eat here again.

GOOD FOOD, AND GREAT STAFF BUT MENS URINAL IN RESTROOM HAS BEEN OUT OF OPERATION FOR AT LEAST SINCE LAST OCT OR NOVEMBER AND THIS TIME TOWELS WERE OUT.........NEED TO ASSIGN A WORKER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESTROOMS......WIFE SAID LADIES ROOM WAS MESSY ALSO..............BUT GREAT FOOD, BEEN STOPPING THERE SINCE IT OPENED

The food is okay on a good day... Sweet tea tastes and smells like lakewater. French fries were mushy and cold. Chicken. Was swimming in grease. A moment on the lips is an eternity on the toilet. Lol. Manager is rude and antisocial.

as long as you dont order the chicken strips or the catfish strips just ordered the chicken breast with a meal its good otherwise the chicken strips taste like catfish and catfish tastes old
