I have been going to this location of Boston Market for years and have had very good experiences until the last 3 months or so. Suddenly, when placing a drive through order, they cannot seem to get anything right. I like the food there, but all I frikkin ask is for extra gravy when I order the side dressing and 9 times out of ten, if I dont SPECIFICALLY ask the employee who rings me up to check if my order indeed has extra gravy, I will not get extra gravy. I offer to pay extra--but it doesnt matter. In relative (First World problems) desperation, I have started tipping the employee at the window, asking if there was extra gravy in the bag, and five out of the last seven orders there wasnt any. I am not talking about a swamped, over-worked staff here--the most cars Ive ever seen in that drive through is three. Tonight I was the only one in the drive through. Guess what? I tipped the girl at the window and when I got home there was NO GRAVY at all in my order. NONE. I am not a complainer by nature but due to the inclement weather tonight, I wasnt about to drive all the way back over there. I finally got so mad tonight I called Boston Market to ask for a manager, and the phone just rang and rang and rang and nobody picked up. How hard is it to get an order right considering they have very little business anytime I go there? And why doesnt the staff pick up the phone? I am done with Boston Market. I have eaten there for years and never complained but this is just ridiculous. In fairness, there is one Hispanic kid who works there with curly hair and a mustache who always gets my order right--but all the rest seem to not give a crap if the order is right or not. I dont know whats going on, but you all have lost a faithful customer.

I am surprised this place has gotten some not so great reviews but I think I can understand. It seems that every time I come there to get some food the staff had changed and usually I like to go every 2 weeks, so yes I believe there is a high turn over rate, but I believe it cannot be helped. The staff is usually nice and smiling and gets the order correctly. About the food, I have to say that I like it. I usually come in a get dark chicken and it taste wonderful along with macaroni and mashed potatoes usually.( Carb Overload ) Anyways the corn bread is also very awesome. The right about of soft and the right amount of sweet. Now I can say that I have tried the ribs and do not much care for them. What really upset me though and the reason I bumped them down to 2 stars from 5 is because of The special offer for Military and Federal employees deal I had received by email where it states Purchase any Family meal and well give you a whole rotisserie chicken. This was from 10/6 to10/13. I came to the restaurant with my wife and ordered a family meal during that time frame and I did not get what was advertised so I am still pretty upset about that. Dont advertise things if you dont plan on upholding your end of the bargain.

Came in a 8pm on Friday. Waited 2-4 min before cashier even showed up. Place looks nice in modern, but more dirty tables than clean. Menu is not very clear for people who never ordered here. Apparently you have to glaze your own chicken which makes no sense to me, I paid for food and service, not self serve. The cornbread was cold, asked for a warm one and they microwaved one. I know, I have microwaved cornbread before. Sides may be good but wouldnt know since they were Luke warm when I got spinach and mac. I have been to one before and remember the food quality being much better. I would not recommend this location. Other Bostons probably have a more caring staff. This one ruined any notion of eating here again for me. The chicken was good, I can say at least one good thing about this place. Boston may have good food and service else where, but this location is not serving it.

The food quality is superb, but the restaurant feels dirty. The bathroom was gross, water puddled under the trash can and sink, looks like it hasnt been mopped in a while. Walls look dingy and dirty. Drink area needed to be scrubbed and the tea dispenser should be brought closer to the counter, im on the short side and it was difficult to reach. But the food makes up for it a little, just go through the drive through. Chicken breast was so tender, sweet potato casserole tasted like thanksgiving, meatloaf cooked just right, and the creamed spinach cant be beat.

I ordered a family meal online @ 11am for a later pick up time of 2:30pm my husband gets there and the Boston market employee tells him they dont have corn nor green beans at this time its been pulled from the menu, ok now where the frustration comes in at is because no one tried contacting me prior to the preparation of the meal to tell me that and I really dont think thats the way a restaurant or any business should be conducting business and treating customers in that manner that makes me truly believe that their goal is not customer satisfaction.

Great place for a good meal. We went for the first time in years after getting an email about their Tuscan chicken and we brought a friend that had never been. The side selection was so much bigger than I remembered. We all chose something different and it was all amazing. The corn bread was delicious as well, so much that my friend went back for seconds! The employees were friendly and seemed happy to be there and answer the many questions we had. Typing this makes me want to go back again!

Boston Market.is known for their succulant rotisserie chickens but their other meat dishes are equally delicious. On my last visit I ordered the $8.99 deal and received chicken, barbequed beef, potatoes, and steamed veggies. The meal came with two sauces and cornbread. Very tasty. You order at the counter but a waiter delivers the food when it is ready and cleans up the table when you are through. Boston Market has a no tipping policy.

My absolute favorite is the delicious rotisserie chicken. The mashed potatoes are equally great -- fresh-made every few hours from real potatoes. My food always arrives "piping hot," served on a large plate with a real knife & fork. All for under $9! The staff even comes over and checks to make sure everything is good. On Saturdays they offer "buy-one-get-one-free" -- which equals $5 per meal!! An unbelievable value!!

Eh, I checked this place out on an impulse. I ordered the roast beef, while it tasted good, it had an odd fatty texture. I feel like the meat was pre-processed and then thawed. The mashed potatoes was good and the green beans tasted canned. As with the other reviewers, the cornbread was cold and really sugary. The service was really great though, the cashier was super nice, and they even brought my plate to my table.

Not impressed with their food anymore, havent been to a Boston Market in years and this was not good. There food is suppose to be warm because it sits on warmers but it was not that. And the food just doesnt even taste good nor does it look appealing either. There is not a lot of things that they can do to make it any better. The employees are so nice though, just the food isnt good
