We have found our "Go To" chicken place. They have a drive thru so its very convenient! Due to dietary restrictions, I am unable to eat fried - breaded chicken. Now we have found a place that offers delicious chicken that is pretty much healthy. This chicken is cooked rotisserie style on wood and charcoal flames. We ordered the Inka Chicken Family Dinner 1. This comes with one whole chicken and two large sides, along with two types of salsa and a choice of either corn tortillas or rolls. The chicken is cut up in four pieces - breast/wing and thigh/leg. This chicken is absolutely amazing! It has the best seasonings, is moist, and just dang right amazingly delicious!!!! For the sides we ordered: -Macaroni and Cheese: This was better than we expected. It did not have the box taste we assumed it would have. It was creamy and cheesey and pretty good. -Yuca Fries: This was the first time trying this dish. The texture is like a steak french fry, very filling. It was pretty dang good. We were pleasantly surprised. The tortillas were corn and we received eight of them. They were rather delicious - fresh and of good quality. The salsas!! O wow! I have had salsas as I live in Austin and do like Mexican and Tex-Mex food. But this salsa was probably the best I have ever tried. One was green the other white (described as yellow in the menu). The green was a bit spicier but both were so flavorful and neither was too spicy we could not eat it. This was a very pleasant surprise and I would go back for the salsa alone. We did go through the drive thru so we did not see the inside of the place. The service was fast and friendly, the prices as expected. We are definitely fans and plan to return for sure!!!!!

Parked the car, got out and was INSTANTLY hit right in the face with the amazing smell of their rotisserie chicken!!! This place is such a welcomed addition to the area as Im not a big fan of all the fast food chains located near by. I got the 1/2 Chicken Combo #1 with steak fries but as I waited for them to make some fresh fries, the wonderful lady behind the counter asked if this was my first time here. I replied yes and just as any loving mother would have done, she fed me a few of their sides in a small 4 oz cup: black beans, cilantro rice, fried plantain and fried yucca. The rice and black beans were delicious, the plantain was good BUT THE fried yucca was simply OUTSTANDING!!! Once I finally arrived back to work and ate, I fell even harder in love with this place. Simply put, the food is excellent!! Definitely coming back to this little gem soon. Loved the smell and the warm & friendly service!!!

Great Pollo a la Brasa! Probably the best rotisserie style chicken in Texas. Definitely the best South American style rotisserie chicken (Pollo a la Brasa) I have had outside of Peru. Highlights are obviously the chicken. My favorite sides are the plantains and yuca fries. Maybe one day theyll add tacu tacu. Be sure to order extra sauce. Green is spicy, white is mild and creamy. This place gets busy before close and they often run out of chicken on busy nights so go earlier than you think you should. It gets hectic so check your to go order before leaving. Ive had missing/wrong items a few times. They recently added chicha morada (blue corn infused beverage with spices) to the menu. Sounds weird but its a staple beverage in Peru. Sweet with a hint of cinnamon. Its pretty good here. This is on my regular rotation and has been for the past 2 years.

Youll leave the restaurant like a chimney, but its worth it! You can order a whole chicken or smaller sections or plates. We decided on the 1/2 chicken with a side of black beans, rice and fried yucca (about $15) We came on a Sunday night and they were behind on the chicken roasting so they said it would take about 15 minutes, which we were OK with. The food comes out with a two dipping sauces: a lime crema of sorts and a chimichurri type sauce. Both of the sauces are great condiments to the smokey chicken! Or just dipping your yucca fries in it, or drizzling all over your rice and beans... you get the idea. The chicken is well seasoned and cooked to perfection! Service was friendly and prompt. If youre looking for a filling and flavorful meal for a pretty good price, check this place out!

Amazing pollo a la brasa chicken. It is a rotisseried chicken packed with herbs like cumin and other peruvian spices. Its moist and falls apart at the touch. The flavors of peru burst into your mouth. Dipping the chicken in their hot and mild sauces adds extra layers of flavors. The best side dishes are the thickly cut yuca fries and sweet glazed plantains. They need to work on the beans and rice - under seasoned and subpar. The price aligns well with amount of foody received. On heavy days expect a long wait in the drive thru (about 15 mins) but worth the wait. I recommend checking your food items before you leave. Why 5 stars? Despite their lack of organization the food is quite worth it!

I love this place. Smells fantastic, even in the parking lot on me way in I knew I was in for some savory grindage. I ordered the ¼ chicken w/ two sides, fresh macaroni & black beans/cilantro rice. Right away the server could see I was a virgin, she was nice, gave me samples of plantain bananas, yuca and a couple other very delectable foods. Plate comes with a tortilla or Kings Hawaiian rolls, nice touch. Then for the drink a fresh squeezed passion fruit lemonade that was amazing, sweet, but flavorful explosion on me taste palette. Highly recommended, I paid $13 for my dish including the lemonade. Nice. Ill be back.

One of Austins best kept secrets! If you sat me down in a 4 star restraunt and served me their food on a nice plate, Id never guess it didnt come from the 4 star kitchen. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. One of the servers told me that they make everything fresh, getting there at 4a, everyday, to prepare the days food. Consequently, when they run out, they run out, lol. That hasnt happened to me often, but when it did, it just went to show they werent lying about making up batches fresh every day. Theres nothing in the cooler to pull out in a jam. Thats worth the occasional inconvenience, if you ask me.

What a delight! Found this one day while we were walking our dog along the green belt and stopped in. The chicken is as described - I dreamed about it for days afterwards and kept bugging my husband for us to go back again. They have two sauces they serve with the meal - a hot peppery one and a sweet mustardy. Dont often get plantains outside of Miami beach but these are worth it. Theres even a drive through and one night I picked up chicken for a quick dinner during a football game - very convenient and just as tasty.

This place was so unexpected. Great Latin/South American Food! It looks like a fast food place from the street, and inside does too, but when you get your food, it is anything but! Fried yucca, fried plantains, black beans and rice, and the corn were all rediculous--as in incredibly good. Que rico! The chicken was great too, and the sauces we tried spectacular--the hot stuff is the best but not for the uninitiated. This is my new place to get real authentic food for take-out weekly.
