I will never go back. If anyone else takes the chance to go beware you will have to wait for your food then when you make it to the window you are told that they are out of some of the items you selected so you have to reorder then you wait another 3 minutes which is really 30 more minutes. Then get home to find out part of the order is missing. It would be a different story if you just lived around the corner and could go right back but not when you live 15 minutes away. You call explain the situation and are told you can come back in. Thats not an option at the time. Told I could come back the next day and the would make it right. Dont fall for that! My make it right was totally different from theirs. Never again glad Georgetown has other options that has better management skills and are customer service oriented.

Had a couple of issues here when we (coworkers and I) decided to order here but they have ALWAYS made up for it. I am a huge advocate of its not if we make mistakes but how we make up for them and this crew absolutely understands that. We are all human and we all make mistakes but it is how we act on those that makes a difference and this store understands that. Ive had great experiences with Jerry multiple times. This guy understands customer service. Somebody get this man a raise and a promotion to train more team members to get it!

Dont know how they remain in business. Despite past problems , stopped in yesterday as we were close by. Ordered $20 (non) Fill Up , with Original Recipe. Must have been KFP (pidgeon). Wings were about the size of a White Castle slider , rest of pieces relatively sized.Server commented (to Manager) about how small the pieces were; no return comment but a quick exit into rear of store. Meat was bone dry My hubby is a Kentucky Colonel and a bit embarrassed about it here. No more KFP!

Customer service is always excellent - their crews certainly try to please, with the limited tools theyre given. And by "tools" I mean "chicken"! What kind of chicken place runs out of breasts by 1pm?!? I feel so bad for the staff - whoever ordered, or determined how much to cook failed the team. Kind of hard to rate, even midline, when I had to go to another store to make Mom happy!

Very disappointing KFC. They have such potential being so close to the highway. But with wrong orders almost every time have been, slow service, and food that that doesnt looked like it was cooked with love, I am not sure why KFC doesnt close this location down and start over somewhere else.

The few times Ive been here Ive waited at the drive thru to order for a few minutes. Seems like they always have problems with the speaker system. The staff is apologetic at times, but I have also experienced attitude. Food is okay. Like the new chicken pot pie.

Food is good, but somewhat slow for a business that is not usually busy. Employees are nice and friendly. One once sang me happy birthday at the window when they found out it was my birthday, and gave me an extra cookie. My kids thank you if you ever read this.
