While perusing the food truck options parked inside the Circuit of the Americas for the Lone Star LeMans race, we came across this Indian and Mediterranean fusion truck. Im glad I chose this one over the others! I ordered the Chicken Tikka Shawarma rice bowl and it was SO GOOD! I also feel like it was the most bang for your buck for food truck prices (this was around $12 - priced for this particular event and location im sure). They actually gave a really generous amount of chicken on a bed of Basmati Rice with Spring Mix, with their signature Tzatziki and Spicy sauce. It was so delicious and flavorful that I would have easily just kept coming back to this truck all weekend. My friend tried the gyro bowl and he said it was just as delicious as the chicken. The wait for our food wasnt very long at all, but still worth the wait. Wherever they are in Austin, I recommend giving them a try. Its just too bad I was so hungry that I finished the food before I good take a decent picture.

Absolutely amazing! Better than Verts and Tarka. Everything tasted fresh and complimented each other well. I practically inhaled my dish I couldnt get enough! They dont skimp on the portions either. Im pleasantly surprised and will be adding Kababeque to my weekly treat list!!

I first tried Kababeque at a music festival over the summer, and let me tell you; I have been dreaming of it since!! My friends and I are actually taking a trip up to Austin next weekend for the amazing Indian, Mediterranean Fusion cuisine. GO EXPERIENCE THIS FOOD

Everything is too bad even the spring mix is not fresh also the shawarma chicken is not taste plus its not flavor even the warp is not including any fresh vegetables , i will never try it again anymore its very bad experience
