4 stars for convenient location. 4 stars for their breakfast tacos (which is usually what I get). 3 stars for customer service. 3 stars for $$. Love their tortillas. Have had trouble in the past with long waits in line and problems with the order. However, I want to thank the man I spoke with this morning who not only replaced the tea I didnt order (I dont drink sweet tea), but added a complimentary taco. Most restaurants would just replace the tea, but that doesnt account for all the additional driving and hassle. I prefer the Taco Cabana between Jamestown and Fairfield on 183, but the location isnt the easiest on my drive into work. The 3 stars is for the initial customer service I got, but I think they do make the time to try to ensure their customers come back.

Restaurant was not busy. I went inside to place my to-go order. The last who took my order was very friendly & the service was prompt. She did leave off one item, which I didnt realize until I got home, but that was okay as there was a bit of a language barrier & it was partially my fault for not checking the bag prior to leaving the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and the condiment bar was adequately stocked. The only downside to this location, in my opinion is their parking lot, or lack there of rather. Its small/narrow, & hard to maneuver being that its designated for one-way traffic and given its size. Overall I was pleased with my experience.

Only time I go to taco cab is late at night when everything else is closed. Ive been at this location multiple times and too often had a bad experience with the drive-thru. They often get your order wrong even when speaking precise and clear. They often get your order wrong when you dine inside as well. That being said, they are always happy to fix any issue and they hurry when doing so. Sometimes they even give you free food on the fly, or mistakenly give you a large order of something they missed when you wanted a small. They are pleasant but aloof. I consider the food under par for even drive-thru mexican, but what can you do at 2am?

Awful....first they forgot the cream & sugar for my coffee,after asking ne if i want it,they took a lil long on my breakfast tacos tray tge new special 12 Bkfst tacos for $11.99 +tx...and Surprise! !! Very little egg few & couple squared potatoes lol no wonder,But the Bns& chz was ok served,so there was a sign at the window about a new salsa saying. ..limited time try ot today! So i asked for it and ...oh is not ready some ingredients are missing or sum .....well after getting wuteva salsa they choose ...my salt & pepper was missing too ...this TC locations is SUCKs. I will never try Breakfast at this restaurant ever again..

I originally went through the drive through and I used a coupon for the buy one get one for a $1. I dont live near by. So you can imagine how upset I was when I got home and realized they forgot to include one of the meals. I called and they apologized and said I could return to get the meal replaced. I went a week later and they gave me no issues about replacing my meal. They did it all with a smile. I could not have asked for better customer service. They even included a coupon for my next meal.

I have only ever gotten quesadillas here and they have always been okay. Not anything that will blow your mind but you cant beat that they are open 24 hours. By time I get off work most other restaurants are closed which leaves for slim pickings. As long as you go in with low expectations you will be fine. I have gone through the drive through and its usually fast and easy to get in and out. Not the best taco cabana I have been to but its okay.

*ordered carne guisada plate- more soup than actual beef , and if there was beef very tiny pieces of meat, that and they give you alot of salad to hide it. *same with the order of super nachos I get more in the condiments(sour cream, guacomole, chilli) than I get in the actual plate * some of the employees like to harrass you and stare at you for a long time with a hard stare. *ordered 2 breakfast tacos, hardly any meat on the barbacoa

The last two time I visited this restaurant the service was slow. Wanted to ho back for a happy hour item but the cashier couldnt get the order right with the customer in cring of us causing us to miss the happy hour by less then a minute. They would not accommodate fire the delay. Then tonight the dining area was in the 50s and the manager just shrugged his shoulders and sold there was nothing that could be done to fix the problem.

Id like to know why asking for extra condiments evokes such a visceral attitude. If the condiments are extra just put the price on the menu dont give me dirty looks and talk down to me. Also if your going to give me attitude at least get the order right. It you want a Good Taco Cabana go to the one by Frys. Extra condiments dont seem to bother them and I get what I order.

Breakfast taco had a rotten potato in it. Yuck. Iced tea has been stale on several visits. The drive through as TERRIBLE service. The orders are often incorrect! At the drive through window you can smell how dirty and gross the kitchen is, the fumes come out the window. Old putrifried grease, dirt, etc.

Good food...fast service. Not as good as your local tex mex restaurants, but waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than Taco Bell. The flour tortillas are round slices of heaven. So buttery and delish!!! And the salsa bar is phenomenal. Dear god, please open one in virginia!!! Love, A hungry girl from RVA

Karry, the manager as well as the early morning staff all deserve a job well done and great appreciation. The staff was very polite, helpful aswell as professional..... my order was promptly served even at 5AM and was delicious as usual. Cant beat the location and 24 hour service.

Usually come here every once and a while after working over nights. Always forget that the food is just barley ok. Have often gotten burnt chicken in tacos, not enough egg in tacos, burnt potatoe wedges, and on one or two ocassions have found a hair in the tacos (definatley not mine)

Ordered 8 chicken soft tacos with the works with two of the works on the side. Opened it up, no works anywhere and yet I was charged for it. I have no accent and I spoke to a white kid with glasses. I dont think I could be clearer even after he repeated it after me.

The food here is never bad, the service however is hit or miss. Depending on what time you are there, it can be the model of efficiency, or the longest wait known to mankind. My advice, use the app to order, then just walk in a pick it up from the window.

Dont know about everyone else,or all these bad ratings. But Ive been to this TC numerous times and Ive always gotten very good service. Love the food,the prices are great and its super convenient. Keep up the great work. Will definitely keep going back.
