Worse dairy queen I have ever visited. Messed up order, took order back, took forever to get it, burger ended up being burnt. Asked for sweet tea, and never got it after two hours of waiting. Employees only about themselves and not customers. NOT baby friendly, had to change my newborn in the hot car because of no changing table. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before employees stopped playing with there phones or talking to each other before I got to order even after saying something. Would NOT recommend.

I ordered a Hunger Buster Jr. with extra tomatoes and add bacon. The "add bacon" turned out to be one small 1 1/2" slice of bacon. I actually got two bites of the burger that had bacon in it. Pretty crummy deal especially when you pay 90 cents for the addition. They could/should do better than that!! Have been trying to call them for 15 minutes and their phone is busy. Hm-m-m-m?!

Ordered 2 ice cream cones took 25 minutes to get served ,the person on register has a bad cold and was sneeze and coughing and handling food and drinks and thier were two employees sitting in booths and playing with theier phones ....just no management at all all young kidds ...that is not good ...

I would love to give this DQ a better star rating but I gave them 3 stars because we had a long wait and we only ordered ice cream. Of coarse the ice cream was wonderful and the people were very nice. I will give them another shot.

This place had the worst staff. They messed up my order from nachos to tacos. Cant really understand how you can mixed it up. On top of that they tried to fix it it took them more than 45 minutes. Not even a restruant take that long.

The employees seem inexperienced and not in top of it. My hands were full as I left and an employee who was cleaning the door stepped out of tbe way instead of opening the door. The frappe I ordered was runny and not well blended.

The cashier forgot about our order, and the person before us too. There was no organization, and Id have to say it was the worst experience Ive had at dq. Think Ill stick to the one on court street.

Horrible experience. Fountain machine had no soda available. A large onion ring consisted of 4 and a half onion rings. The hamburger meat tasted like it has freezer burn. Never, ever will go back!!
