Toolong, didntread: Generally good food, good staff, decent speed. Overall a good and cheap place to go. Toolong,butstillread: So sonic is a place that I have thoroughly enjoyed for years. Ive been reguarly coming ever since I could drive. They offer special deals like half price burgers on tuesdays and thursdays, half lrice shakes after 10pm and my favorite .99$ large drinks before 8 am. A large cherry coke for 1.12$ cant really be beat when you can also ask for an extra shot of cherry that gives a good boost in the mornings. Cheap? Yes. Is it always ideal for early mornings though? No. Early mornings and late nights can be a pain because all food is made fresh, so dont go first sign of opening and expect fast food. Truthfully the food is actually pretty good. Here lately I personally havent been eating as much fast food, but if I choose a day where I want to I wouldnt mind using that day on sonic. There is variety here. If I want a classic hamburger I can pick that... or chicken strips, corndogs, chili cheese dogs the list goes on. Got a few picky eaters in the car? Vegetarians? This place serves so many options, granted the vegetarians may find troubles getting good fast good here, but the shakes and drinks are still as awesome as ever. The staff isnt bad at all here. They have someone walk periodically to see if people want salt, ketchup and pepper the works. And if you go everyday (or day of the week,ie. Tuesdays.) at the same time and get used to seeing someone the often talk to you more, and likewise generally you will tip more. Atleast I do. I became very familiar with the friendiest face there and we talk from time to time if business isnt booming. Great staff. Wish stephanie could gdt the rest of the carhops to be as friendly as she it. Fast food is called fast food because it serves us food FAST! Right?! Well thats the point, but believe me sometimes its worth the patience to get fresh tots, eggs, meat and yes bacon. Almost nothing is more satisfactory than waiting for yeah maybe 5 extra minutes to get 2 or 3 fresh hot strips of bacon. Just dont go in at 6 am and expect the business to be fast. The more odd the hours the slower the food will be. Keep this in mind! Also check out their texts. You can get sonic tests on ther latest deals. Ex. Just yesterday it was 1$ 6inch chili cheese hotdogs. You can guess where I ate lunch. Happy eating!

I swear every time I eat to this sonic I get food poisoning.. Very bad food I ate here 2 times in 5 years and both times got sick. Today I went there thinking maybe I just had a bug before I ate it last time 3 years ago. And today I proved to myself it is there food that makes me sick cause before I ate here today 3-24-16 I was perfectly fine as soon as I finished my food I felt really sick! And now I am dying in bed from stomach cramps head headache vomiting and diarrhea same as last time 3 years ago. I was sick for 8 days DO NOT EAT HERE!! if you must have sonic go to an other location!! (UPDATE!!) Today I went to the ER in Fort Worth 3-26-16 the ER Dr. told me I have a severe case of food poisoning cause by soiled food. He then told me he has seen 2 other cases just like this in the past month and both was from this location in Granbury.. I still feel horrible. Thinking about suing.... Keep away from this place

Please tell me that your employees know the difference between chili and HATCH GREEN CHILES. At this Sonic they prefer to interrupt when you are ordering and even though we said 3 times we wanted HATCH GREEN CHILES on my burger, it still came with chili. No HATCH GREEN CHILES? Maybe you should teach your employees to listen instead of talk while Im ordering.
