came a couple nights ago to get a sub...i didnt ask for it to be toasted and the worker toasted it anyways and when she handed me the sandwhich she immediatly walked away...so i had to wait at the drive thru window for another 5 mins for her to come back, she wasnt even paying attention and she almost handed me someone else sandwhich and when i informed her that i did not ask for my sub toasted she snatched it out of my hands and was very rude about making me another one which took her another 5 mins to make. the only reason this place is convienant is because of the drive through and its opened 24 hrs...other than that i wouldnt come here anymore. also i think it would be a little smart to have at least 2 or more workers working at night...especially when youre opened 24 hrs..

Ok, now Ive been here several times and I have to give it a one. If there was an option for 1/2 a star I would do that. I order a BLT recently and everyone knows a BLT stands for bacon lettuce and tomato. I didnt even have an option to choose the appropriate veggies on the drive through menu. Get my order, get to my destination, 30 mins away, and what do I find. A bacon sandwich. A little mayo, because i did order that. But just bacon. This is not the first time this has happened. Ordered a Black Forest ham sandwich with Turkey, bacon and extra ham. It ended up being a dry ham sandwich. They need to get their act together over there. BLT......BACON, LETTUCE AND TOMATO. GET IT RIGHT.

Worst service ever for a Subway.....and not just once, but several times. If there are a few people in front of you, it will be a 15-20 minute wait for 1 sandwich. On this visit, there were only 2 people in front of me. After 15 minutes, I still hadnt been waited on. They leave the "eat inside customers" waiting while they work on sandwiches for the drive thru. I wont be back. If you are smart, you will find another place to eat as well.

Customer service is so bad. I called to let them know my sandwich wasnt toasted and it didnt have any cheese, and when I asked to speak to a manager, the girl on the line told what I can only assume was her manager in the background, and I heard the woman say "oh god, put them on hold." Drive a couple extra miles to a different subway - youll get the correct sandwich and nicer service.

I thought this subway was supposed to be 24/7 I waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes and nobody was at the window I parked out front to see if there was anybody in there and nothing I knocked at the door and no response. This happed around 3:11am this morning . You guys need to get better employees or turn off you 24/7 sign outside.

This is the worst customer service Ive ever had continuously time after time. Every shift with the exception of two times, I have been refused the feast sandwich. I understand it is not an option, but I would gladly pay the extra few dollars for the sandwich made that way.

Terrible service I went with some friends from work and stood there for 10 minutes with out any one acknowledging we were there and the lady "working" was busy talking to some one in a car that wasnt making an order

Girl with gloved hands was messing with her hair while she was waiting on other peoples stuff order and didnt change her gloves. When I got home my sandwich looked like it was just thrown together.
