This place has gone down hill in the past couple of months. It used to be pretty good when Shauna was there, and ever since she left the entire staff has changed and so has their food. Went in yesterday to get my norm, the Wicked, and I can tell they have changed the way they serve their food as well. The bacon is always on the sandwich, but it is no longer crumbled up bacon but full strips of bacon, which isnt bad because you actually know it is real bacon and not possibly bacon bits. Then on my wifes salad, they didnt chop up the tomatoes like they always have and the bacon that was on her salad was just strips of bacon. The least they could have done is cut the bacon up some and put it on the salad. When I got home with it and she was trying to mix everything up, she found multiple pieces of paper in her salad. One piece of paper and I could see that being a mistake, but multiple pieces of cut up paper in anything is unacceptable. I think we are going to start visiting Jasons deli more often across the street or go down and start eating at Potbellys. This place has gone to shame. Id give it a zero, but you cant do that on here.

DARN IT! x-( I really dont know what is going on at this location. I frequent this location because it is the closest to where I do business and am in here at least 2 times a week. Since March, I have noticed (the flavor changes) one or more ingredients that I selected ON THE BAG to be added, have been left off. I have called to complain most of the time and the Manager or person posing as a manager, apologizes and offers to make it right the next time. The problem with this is, it happens more than it needs to especially when its extremely slow when I visit (Im the only guest). I had since resorted to writing more details on the bag to ensure the preparer gets it right. Surely they couldnt get it wrong with that, right? But they did it their way again. Why bother allowing choices if one will be made for me?

Food was just okay... the stuck up kids that worked there seem to think its okay to just take an order and not put what you ask for on the sandwich or even acknowledge they are in the wrong for not informing the customer that they no longer carry an item... will be calling the gmail in the am to discuss the attitudes of their employees....

So glad they put a Which Wich here! Love, love, love their sandwiches.. I go weekly since this place opened and did have a mess up once, but told them and they immediately remade my sandwich and gave me a coupon for a free one! The girls working have always been very nice to me!

Look elsewhere to dine during the night shifts hours. Saw racism first hand, from the girl working the register towards a man and woman here tonight. Over a $1.10 bag of chips. We have been regular customers since this place opened years ago and have never seen this here before.

I ordered a sandwich with bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce. I only got cucumbers and letuce on it. Be sure to check your sandwich before you leave the store. Also the cheese was very little. I gave it one star because the shake I got was good.

Meeting the standard for the company, the Lincoln Square Which Wich is a decent option for lunch in the entertainment center. Although prices can be steep, this is consistent through the chain. Staff is efficient, gets the job done!

Not my favorite experience. Sandwich was very small for the price with very little meat. I hadnt been in about 3 years and I was shocked at the value for price. Server didnt seem to know about the sandwich I was ordering.
