I came 20 minutes before before closing knowing Id be fast, and I sat outside because it was a beautiful night and ordered the goat cheese and avocado sandwich because it is one of my favorites and they asked me if it was for here or to go and I said were eating for here outside. There was also other people in the restaurant at the time, so I figured it was okay because they couldnt close till they left too. They bring me and my friend food outside in a TO GO BOX with my sandwich on A HAMBURGER BUN. I didnt pay 9 dollars for a veggie sandwich for it to be on a hamaburger bun. I also ordered a side of watermelon salad which they proceeded to give me 10 pieces of plain watermelon. I used to love this place but the likelihood of me coming back isnt high. Also I worked in a restaurant and never once did we start closing till befoee the marked closing time. Thank God they didnt ask me to sign the receipt to put a tip like they normally do because I would have given them a good one knowing it was close to closing time not knowing I would be mistreated, and would have been even more upset than I am currently. Do not come here go to chick- fil-a you can get a veggie sandwich on a hamburger bun there and they will kill you with kindness, and they have good fries.

I only give it two stars because the food was edible, but will reduce it to 1 star if I end up with food poisoning. We arrived mid afternoon but there wasnt a single clean table to be found. All tables needed to be bussed (didnt notice this until after we ordered/paid). Ordered 2 lobster rolls and a kids burger. Burger was undercooked, and for a kids burger and how thin it was, it should not be happening. Lobster rolls were ok, but nowhere near worth almost $20 each. Ordered with butter on the side , but then it was determined they were out of butter. They showed up to the table 5 minutes later with cups of butter that appeared to have some sort of random food / sludge particles in it. So not sure where they sourced it from. Staff was nice enough, but seemed stoned.

Fresh sandwiches like lobster rolls and salads served without the roll with dressings like champagne vinegarette can be found at East Hampton Sandwich Company. I enjoy sitting outside on the patio - in the little red chairs - makes you feel like you are at the beach - even though the little restaurant is in Plano at the Shops of Legacy. You order at the counter with self service drink bar - wine is an option and servers deliver food to your self selected table - good atmosphere for fast food - great lunch.

Forget about going here unless you have an hour to waste while you wait for your order. One sandwich took them 40 minutes to make and hand over the counter, their big excuse was "were swamped". Well -- Professional Restaurants dont go into lunch rush with only 2 or 3 employees, It wasnt even a that great of a sandwich for 11 dollars, you can easily get better food and service any where else. Who owns this restaurant,? People who dont give a damn about their customers!

Great sandwich shop with friendly staff, modern design and healthy fare for reasonable prices. Patio is perfect for people watching and conversation over lunch or a light dinner. Always clean and never a long wait for service. Excellent.

I love their sandwiches a lot but I had the lobster Mac n cheese the other day and it was depressing. Over season salts and the lobster was like a slaw on top and a tiny spoon ful. Dont get the lobster Mac but get any sandwhich and chips

The sandwiches are great. Theyll get five stars when their vegetarian and side order options are better. The house chips leave much to be desired, but the sandwich bread makes up for it.

Very friendly staff and a unique selection of dishes. I ordered the Lobster Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and it was pretty good! Definitely not afraid to try something new next time!

BBQ and goat cheese sandwich was great and my sons burger was really juicy and well cooked
