The main reason I dislike these sandwiches is because they arent anything special. Potbelly sandwiches are something that I could make myself at home. If I go to a restaurant to buy a sandwich, I want something special. Even Subway has more options for sandwich toppings. Most recently I decided to try a salad. I tried the Chickpea Veggie Salad. It consisted of lettuce, red onion, blue cheese crumbles, egg, tomatoes, chickpeas and tiny tiny slivers of cucumber (barely noticeable). Im not sure who decided to put these ingredients in one salad, but it was awful. The flavors did not mesh AT ALL. On top of that, the majority of the lettuce was iceberg lettuce which is just a sign of a cheap salad. I wound up picking out the chickpeas and tomatoes to eat and threw the rest away. If youre looking for a plain sandwich, this is the place to go. Ive heard the soups are good, but I havent tried them myself. Nothing special about this place.

I couldnt think of a good enough reason to not give it 5 stars, it would be nice if they had a cheese steak option.Very friendly hard working staff. Everything I tried here was really good. The breads they use are the best and they toast it on the outside just a bit. If you get a pickle on the side it is huge (almost the size of a regular sandwich), the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are nice and soft. Its the best sandwich place around in my opinion.

I love this place I eat there almost every single day. Once you try potbelly you will never eat at another subway or any other sandwich shop at that. I love all there fresh ingredients and the customer service is fantastic. If you havent eaten here I highly suggest that you stop by im sure there friendly staff will welcome you right in.

I used these folks a lot for catering office lunches. Great delivery - on time and extras. The food is fresh and good. DONT order the peppers unless you like EXTREMELY hot food! The toasted bread and fresh ingredients make it sooooo good. Ive never had the milk shakes, but friends have and love them.

Awesome sandwiches way above and beyond most sandwich places! Great vegetarian options with soup and sandwiches! But if you are a meat lover definitely try the Wreck with everything and add avocado....you wont be disappointed!! Staff is amazing always helpful!

Worst service ever. Waited at least 10 minutes for just cookies. Meanwhile, some young boy was talking on the phone while making milkshakes that were not mixed at all, just to drop it on the floor and make them again.
