The food is delicious, but can you tell the associate named Amanda to be a little nicer to her customers? My friend was having a hard time hearing over the noise of a few loud patrons and the sandwich machine, and after being asked to repeat herself Amanda became rather brusque when asking my friend if she wanted anything else on her sandwich. It was rude and more than a little off-putting. Just emphasize proper customer service to your employees, please, in all that they do. Thank you!

If youve never been to Potbelly, picture the typical sandwich shop with quality ingredients and conveyor toaster oven. Tasty food, great desserts, and stellar staff quality even during those lunch rush hours. Great for a quick and great quality meal between class!

This location is surprisingly pretty fast for being right on campus. I was going to subway for a while and the service was ridiculously slow. These sandwiches are waaaay better than subway, and I get it faster. Its a win win. The staff seems nice enough as well.
