I will start by saying: we used to order delivery here often. However, nearly every delivery order had something wrong in it. The last we ordered was nearly six months ago, when we found Saran Wrap in the manicotti that we had ordered for our, then, two year old daughter. Thank goodness we cut her food up for her, before giving it to her. Tonight, by accident, my wife ordered delivery from them. What do you think happened? They screwed up, again... I order the same thing, from every Italian restaurant: veal parmigiana, with Alfredo sauce, in place of the marinara. I loath marinara sauce. What do their, obviously incompetent, cooks do? Cover it in marinara and, instead of making the meal new, they simply scrape it off and cover it in Alfredo sauce... as if their patrons arent intelligent enough to realize it. What if someone who specifies "no marinara" had a food allergy to something in that sauce? The management and owners very obviously do not inspect their to-go orders for quality, prior to sending it out. I am not sure how this restaurant maintains good reviews, other than suspecting they are from dine-in customers. We will NEVER be ordering from here, again. There are multiple Italian restaurants within the area, who actually care about the quality of food they put out. The only reason this review was not for one star, is due to the kindness of the owners. It surprises me, knowing their genuine personalities, that they would continue to allow this type of error to occur. Its sad their staff does not reflect the pride the owners obviously have for their establishment.

Somewhat ok food, but horrible service, the waitress was so rude and miserable to us, we never were rude to her, and all we got was treated like we werent wanted there. Tip waitress lady, never be rude to your customers, we didnt lead you on your career path that brought you to this job you apparently dont like or want. Have more class. Last time I will ever patron this restaurant. As an Italian I am extremely disappointed. Also they were sweeping the floor while we were eating, um ever think of the dust your kicking up while people are eating. They just didnt seem to care about the happiness of there customers. Message to owner: Time to clean house, trust me your gonna suffer with this kinda employee, hire employees that appreciate there job and would strive to help your business grow. They road your on now is gonna lead you to close doors.

Parked next door at the flying j for the night and tried this place for the first time. Any drivers looking for a great Italian place to eat at should eat here. They treat you like a person with genuine sincerity not a bother like typical truck stops. The sampler seemed small but simply the flavor filled me up more then any all you can eat buffet or restaurant dinner. Best Italian food Ive had otr since I started driving 4 years ago, even better then all the places at home as well. I will definitely be coming back when Im running this route from now on.

Ive been going to Italian Villa, Anna, TX since it opened years ago. I love the food for dine-in or take-out. In my opinion the food is better than Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill. I love their calamari for an appetizer, the Egg Plant Parmesian or Egg Plant Rollitini for a main course. Their tiramisu is the best Ive ever eaten anywhere in the world. The owner Tony Ozda works 24/7 to make sure his restaurants in Allen and Anna are run in their family tradition of excellent food at a very economical price.

This place is 5 stars all day long. BYOB and the best veal Ive ever had period! Starlyn had chicken parmigiana, it also was delicious! Stuffed mushrooms and garlic bread made for one of the best meals weve ever had. Service was worthy of a good tip and we will be back for sure. Best of all the bill was almost unbelievably cheap. Truly a must for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a Great meal. P.S. I love you Starlyn, youre the best wife a man could ask for!!!

Hidden jewel, driving down from AR to TX hungry by 430 I drove past it, almost in the middle of no where so I exited and turned around, 15 minutes later I was presented with the most delicious Shrimp Alfredo I had this week (from 3 places). This is a must if in the area driving down on 75, nice atmosphere beautiful Italian music with an Italian/Americana decoration theme. Prices reasonable for the quality of food.

An Italian restaurant with a pizzeria atmosphere. I asked what drinks were available and no alcohol was mentioned, despite the neon beer ads on the wall. Lovely Italian music playing in the background and a football game on TV. My iced tea was served in a plastic Coca Cola cup. The Ravioli was excellent and the complimentary bread was superb. Waitresses were friendly and very helpful. Service was excellent.

This place is great. The eggplant is cooked well either way. Many places undercook the eggplant and leave it fibrous and tough or make it greasy. This is just right. Also, try the Vodka sauce! Its the REAL thing. Woo. I eat here all the time. This is the best italian food for a great value for a while. Service is great. Atmosphere is clean but not spectacular in any way. I dont eat atmosphere, so I dont mind.

Eh. This place can be reasonable at times and not so good at others. I would say to stick to the staples of a pizza joint when ordering. I had a daily seafood special with shrimp and fettucini . The few shrimp that were there were very overcooked and rubbery.. and the fettucini with the cream sauce was ok. My wife had some pizza and it was better.. but not enough to make us want to go back quickly.

This is truly a hidden treasure. It serves up some of the best Italian dishes I have ever had. The key seems to be the home-made sauces. The Alfredo and white cream sauce are clearly the best I have had anywhere. Olive Garden always calls out because of the bread sticks but the home made rolls here are a close second and the food makes up for the rest. Even the pizza is great.

We love this place! The owners are friendly and the food is on par with restaurants that charge twice the price. If you bring in a bottle of wine (Goody Goody in same lot), your server will provide an opener and wine glasses. Try the stuffed mushroom appetizer and prepare to be blown away. Or the grilled chicken Caesar salad.
