Upfront, the food is ok. I have no complaints on the food. It is comparable to other Indian restaurants in the vicinity. However, what I have a problem with is the customer service. The customer service at this restaurant especially for deliveries is pathetic. On 11/12/2016, I placed an order via Yelp EAT 24 app. I paid ($28.00) for my order including tips. However, one of the ordered item was missing in the delivery. First of all, I did not have a friendly response when I called to complaint. They said they cannot send the missing item (as it was not worth it for delivery). That shows their disregard for customer and service. Subsequently, they screwed things up again. 1. I have 2 incorrect charges now, in addition to the original charge of $28.00 2. One incorrect charge is for $2.16 3. My next incorrect charge is for $23.67 While the restaurant manager says this is all EAT apps fault, it all started because of their carelessness. They could have rectified easily for having the missing item delivered. They could have rectified this by letting go of subsequent incorrect transaction because of the bad customer experience and their mistake with the order. But at every step of the way, this organization shows up that they dont care about customers or service. I honestly dont know how such a simple order could be screwed up so much. This is absolutely pathetic experience. I am never using the service or this restaurant to make an order again. I am very certain that most, if not all of the previous 5 star reviews are fake. I will strongly advise against going to this restaurant.

I like only chat here, other than that nothing. Staff there doesnt know who is responsible for what items, there is no process setup.. multiple people come and ask you for same thing... people keep waiting at entrance to get seated, not enough servers, no one available at front desk to answer any question. Now let me tell you about food. I would never go there again. Curries are full of cream and food color... literally no flavor other than creamy and salty sauce, you feel full in couple of bites... its that heavy to digest. Naan and Rotis.... hard to chew even its hot. I would not recommend to anybody who is looking for authentic Indian taste and quality. Suggestion to business owner: If you want to be in business, improve quality of your food. Dont use too much heavy cream and food color.

We have been there both for lunch and dinner. They provide a fresh lunch buffet (I believe you can also order a la carte). They dont put out a large quantity of food all at once, but when it gets low, they refill it pretty quickly, rather than have it being over the burner for ages getting dried out. Love the naan - fresh and fluffy. The staff are very polite. The only downside is the spiciness - I cannot handle spicy foods (yes, I am a spice pansy as another reviewer mentioned), so I have to sweat it out or order mild a la carte. The food is very tasty though. Its never very busy, so food gets delivered very quick. Its right in the far end of a small shopping strip, so it does not get a lot of traffic, but the word is getting around.

We loved this place and will be back again. We started with the Chicken 65. It was spicy but my husband loves spicy. I gave it a chance and was glad I did. I had the Chicken Malai Kebabs. They were super good and I liked the unique taste. My husband enjoyed the Chattinad Chicken Curry. He said it was delish! So we were pretty happy. We were too stuffed for dessert. The service was excellent and attentive. The atmosphere was clean and contemporary. The bathroom was clean. There is no diaper changing table. There were not a lot of people there for a Friday night but I dont know why because it was really, really good.

Spice creations is an indian buffet as rest with nothing so special about it. Ambience is good, can have food in a quite environment. They serve many curries for buffet but biriyani was missing which is an integral part of a buffet. Everything is chicken and I did not see any lamb or goat dishes. When comes to rice items, they only served vegetable fried rice and plain rice. Desserts section disappoints you if you have sweet tooth. Over all I liked the quality of the food for whatever they served,Ambience and taste of Currys. Not a big game for a foodie...

We went on a weekday for the first time. We found the place very clean and modern, no doubt. this place has plenty of room. we were a party of 4 people, in which only one of them was a non-veg eater. the non-veg appetizer and entree were good enough for the price, but there was only one appetizer (pakora) for vegetarians. the chicken appetizers and one chicken curry was good, but the naans and rice was hard, and raita was smelling. they should add atleast one more veggie appetizer option, and improve the quality of naans/rice. hence giving only two stars.

One of the best Indian food I have ever had (and I was backpacking in India for 6 month)! I went there for dinner andI havent tried the lunch buffet yet so I cant really compare The ingredients ate fresh and the food is prepared to order and always fresh. The most important part is, that the food is really authantic and flavorful and not adjusted for to fit local taste. You have to try the samosa chaat! its amazing If its all good why 4 stars? The price is bit high compare to the size they serve. I will still go back there again :)

Fantastic Indian Buffet! They have the freshest salad, kabob, tandoori chicken and our favorite fish curry, along with other amazing dishes. My husband and I have found it easy to eat healthier here, by foregoing the rice and focusing on the salad and lots of grilled chicken (kabob, tandoori), the fish, and veggie curry dishes. Absolutely one of the freshest Indian restaurants and our go-to Indian restaurant. Check them out, you wont be disappointed. The buffet expands with more dishes on the weekends, too.

Was there yesterday, we did a take out order of naans and Achari Kumbh, it was not so great, the naans were burnt and quite hard, thankfully we had also included one lachha paratha in order, that was somewhat soft and saved our chewing time a little bit :( the side dish was ok ok in my opinion, some spice on that put me off not sure what it is though, it had a heavy spicy(masala not hot) flavor. This place is average on cost. I m not sure if I will go again, considering the masala effect hmm..

The first impression I got when I walked in here was a dirty booth. Secondly, the food took much too long to arrive, especially considering that the food was an absolute disaster. This is supposed to be Indian food?! It is not anywhere near spicy nor does it taste rich and flavorful. The plate I was given was dirty which really makes me question the sanitation of this place. My advice: this horrendous place does not deserve your money, try Sanavarah Bhavan if you want a taste of India.
