My family and I arrived at this location at approx 7:35pm. When taking our order they happened to be out of both types of entree that we wanted which was terriyaki chicken and string bean chicken. We were told that we would have to wait 10 minutes but were asked to pay first and have a seat. They also gave us two free drinks because we needed to wait. After about 25 minutes an employee brings over our order on a tray even though it was packaged for to-go. We asked for a bag and proceeded to check our order to see if it was correct. Our kids meal had beef and broccoli, not terriyaki chicken, we were missing our terriyaki chicken bowl all together and the cookie for the kids meal. I approach the counter and tell Oscar and Lizzy that our order was incorrect, they both looked at each other and laughed then walked away. Lizzy started to cut up the terriyaki chicken for the kids meal while Oscar scooped the beef and broccoli into the trash. I watch them set the kids meal aside to take care of other orders. Meanwhile, another employee makes three teriyaki chicken plates for drive thru. I go and sit down and Oscar approaches saying that they are now out of terriyaki chicken and that it would be another 10 minutes. We were shocked! I was just standing there telling them about our order and the teriyaki chicken was practically full! So he walks away and we continue to wait. Its now 8:32 pmand we still havent received our order when we have been there since 7:35pm. I approach the counter again and say that I want my food and that its been an hour since our arrival. Oscar looks at me and says yeah I know. When we receive our food he says he put in a little extra into my bowl so we head home. Once I get down taking my dogs out to potty I go to eat my food and I have no terriyaki sauce and notice that my meat is pretty burned. I will not be returning to this location. They are incredibly rude and unorganized. My wifes string bean chicken was basically flavorless also.

What has happened to Panda Express? I used to really enjoy it but it has all changed. Its like they became afraid of success and have purposely taken away everything that made their restaurant chain great. The service has gone in the toilet. Their staff is incompotent and in some cases rude. They are always running out of food. The food itself has gotten horrible. The fried rice is cold and clumpy and is not even fully cooked. They started adding corn to the fried rice. Really? Corn in fried rice? The portions have gotten smaller. Their prices are absurd. It takes forever to get your food and when you finally get it, its crap. The quality of the food has dropped tremendously. My family and I couldnt even finish our food the last time we ate there. It was terrible. The only thing that was edible was the eggroll. They have become the exact opposite of what they used to be. And BTW, its not just this location. The North Garland location is almost as bad. Just shameful. You are better off going anywhere else.

I went to panda express and they got my order wrong, since I went to the drive thru I didnt know until I got home.Now normally I would have just eaten it and kept my mouth shut, but they put peppers and I have reflux decease and cant eat peppers. So I called they gladly said come back tomorrow and they will replace, so I ate the low main and trashed the rest. They took my name and when I went back not only did they not replace, the mgr. refused to talk to me , refused her name and had LETTY the window lady shut the window in my face not before she was laughing at me she thought it was so funny, also they tried to keep my receipt, and refused to write down the mgr. name. the food is great their but the service is horrible, where in this world when you have a problem when you complain is ok to laugh in angry customers face, if they will do that, who know what else they will do behind your back. my recommendation is unless you horrible service never go there.

I ordered 2 entrees of orange chicken and Beijing beef which had lots of flavor, and one side which was a mix of chow mein and fried rice. Wish the chicken and beef were a bit more crispy but they were good. They were bringing up fresh entrees while I was there keeping up with the fast pace orders. We ordered to go but the atmosphere was decent. The ladies behind the counter were busy so no time for a friendly smile but I understood that it was dinner rush. Overall, good food at decent prices.

People are very rude at this place... I like that they have the obtion to order online but sucks because unlike other places they let you choose pay at store... When try calling order over the phone the lady was very rude and said we have to do online because they are to busy but this b is every other day... Last time they placed us on hold she never came back and they were not even busy

This drive thru is terrible!!! The past FOUR times they have not paid attention and made my familys food wrong. When I just finally called to speak to a manager she was rude and hung the phone up on me. Good food but the service sucks! Youve got to recheck your order, which will be wrong... then spent a 7 min trip into a 20 min confusion fest!!!!

We were refused service here for no reason, the women working behind the counter just stared at us and refused to help us, we were the only customers there and this was the middle of the day. My 5 year old daughter left in tears. Do they hate children or something? I cant believe this place is still in business.

The other reviews here are no joke! The staff at this location are very rude, and the service is awful. Seriously, there are plenty of other good options right next door with excellent service! Chickfila, Whataburger, rasing canes, whatever! they are all way better options then this place.

Ive been here several times over the past year or so; I see a few reviews about awful service, and maybe Im just lucky, but it seems to be pretty good as of now. Food is solid and atmosphere is above-average for a fast-food joint. Pretty popular local venue.

Do Not Even Drive Here. This place charges a lot of money for small portions which is fine with me BUT WHEN THAT FOOD SUCKS I HAVE A PROBLEM. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. Dont even try to check for yourself please dont go I am trying to help you!

My rating isnt based on the location, the location does a good job. Panda Express gets 2 out of 5 stars becuase their menu never evolves, and the food only gets worse
