Customer service is horrendous, a woman who took my order inside turned around and said "F***!" in frustration after I placed a simple order. Ive had 4 different experiences with this location, all of which were negative. Employees become quick-to-anger and confused whenever you customize your order (specify what bagel-type/what sandwich you would like/you would like egg instead of chicken; these concepts seem to be impossible to respectfully process for the employees working here). Needless to say we will not be returning to this location... Food is good though so well try the one off 121.

First off they were rushing me to order and ready to grab bagels before we were to order. Then they were out of the Chile bagel so she assumed we wanted the jalepeno bagel. Then they rang up some potato roll which we did not ask for. The Chile club had one piece of meat and barely any avacado with too much tomatoes. And they didnt even ask what chips we wanted and just threw in original when I wanted jalepeno. My pumpkin bagel was toasted and burnt.

This place is an excellent place to work. The WiFi, food and coffee is excellent. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The prices are reasonable, and they have lovely art/wallpaper. Also the service is excellent. The olny downside from being here a couple hours is it seems that their drive through microphone is not working very well because I keep hearing the employees tell people on their drive through headsets that they cannot hear them.

I love Einstein Bagel, but this one is tiny and no wifi at this location (At least not this morning; but to be fair I cant say for sure that is true all the time because this was my only time here). I wish there was a Torchys Taco instead of a Fuzzys Taco next door (I really like their breakfast and lunch tacos). Luckily I am only in the Allen area occasionally.

They do not deserve even a star. I have given this location multiple tries to get my coffee right and they have failed each attempt. When asked to correct it, the manager gets real upset with me because its not correct. Really? So at this time I am done with this location.

Love this place - even though its a chain, it seems different, albeit better. Cant explain it. Staff are friendly and its a nice cozy place to hang out esp. on a winters day. Bagels are usually fresh. Allen needed a bagel place for the longest time, and this fits the bill.

Rude drive thru person who tried to blame me for getting the order wrong. Theyve lost a customer for life over less than $3.00. All companies make mistakes. Most know how to deal with them when made. This business is not one of them

Good variety of bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffees and cold drinks. Staff is quick, polite and attentive. There will sometimes be a line but you can still get in and out in less than 15 minutes if its busy.

Their drive thru service is worst! Very slow!!! It seems like staffs are not trained well and every time I go I see different drive thru staff. One time they sold opened and used tub cream cheese.
