major thumbs down and i would give a negative stars rating if i could.... today was 2nd time ive gone to their drive-thru and received wrong order but definitely got charged for what i DID order... did not discover this until i got too far to make it worth the trip back... definitely will not be giving them any more of my business... today i ordered their BLT burger combo but did not receive said burger... instead they gave me a regular cheese burger (cold)... this happened during late lunch hour... didnt see many cars in line and now i know why... never had any problems with location on other side of town @ McDermott but the Stacy location is closer but definitely not worth it... they keep this level of service up and the Whataburger next door will OWN them... actually wen to JITB because of BLT ad on display in their window... all the ad $$ in the world wont help them if they cant fill a simple order... if you want a cold overpriced mystery meal this is your place.

Forgot to give me to meals. I got home had to go back so about 15-20 minutes have gone by... they attempted to give me the forgotten meals which had been sitting there the whole time. I said I didnt want it after it had been sitting there for so long then they offered to make it fresh... I just demanded my money back and left... they food i did receive was under cooked and was tosses in the trash... will NEVER eat here again

We order the big breakfast and for me sausage bisquet in the drive through told us to wait at the side had to wait for 20 minutes when we got our food we left on the waY a opened our food the big breakfast had no pancakes just the egg and some nastY potatos mix with i dont know what and my bisquet was with ham really dry so mad couldnt go back to take it back nasty will never go back here

I work overnight at the shopping centers right by this location. Stopped going here as Id frequently get terrible quality food. Sometimes great, but not often enough to keep wasting money. I dont expect perfect food at 2am from a fast food place, but I do expect something at least somewhat edible.

Told that they are closed regularly between 2am-4am. Even on saturday nights. Have been multiple times in past month at this location and the other allen location. Open 24 hours is false advertisement cause the fact of the matter is yall are open 22-23 hours a day at all allen locations!!!

Decent place, service was slow (but I was there at 1 am so I will let it pass), food is really sub-par and my rating largely reflects that. If youre desperate for food and dont want to wait very long late at night, Id suggest trying here.
