On Tuesday December 22, 2009 I received in the mail a coupon for Roma’s “$1.99 large one topping pizza.” The deal, as stated on the coupon was good for Wednesday only. The next day, December 23, I went to get a pizza at the Smyrna location. I asked for a pepperoni according to the coupon. The manager was quick to respond that the deal did not begin until next week. I was taken back; there were no dates, other than the expiration date, on the coupon. This was fine; I love the pizza at Roma’s. So I went with the deal I saw on a large board off to the side “Large 1 topping for $4.97 Monday thru Thursday and carryout only.” Not $1.99 but still a pretty good deal. Well I was told that was only during the day. Again there was nothing on the board that said this. In fact I noticed another sign out front leaning against the bench out front and again on a coupon flyer put on my pizza box. I was told the deal for a large 1 topping is $7.99, while saying this the manager was pointing to the overhead menu were a 2 in front of toppings was marked out to a 1. I went with it, mostly because I want to go back and see if they honor my $1.99 coupon. Now what got me over the edge was as I left I saw on the window store front “2 topping large for $7.99.” I am sorry but what is it Roma’s? What are your deals? Pricing, coupons, and other basic marketing plans are facets of the line of communication a business has with its customers. Last time I checked one likes it when someone lies to them. We were pretty regular customers and our deliveries are normally no less than $50-$60 orders everytime. Its expensive but was wroth it...until tonight. We placed pur order a little less than normal. But the order or chicken "strips" i paid $7 for a order of 5 (only thing i ordered myself to eat) were more like burger king chicken FRIES!!! Then the philly cheeses stake sub has an option to add EXTRA murshroom so i dont select it thinking if its extra i just need the regular amount of murshrooms...welp nope it doesnt come with any and the ranch that was suppose to come with the sandwhich wasnt there and the honey mustard for my chicken "strips" was actual honey mustard dressing for a salad!!! So i call and speak with the manager only to be laughed at and told sorry thats the way romas food is....r u seriouse right now..needless to say...not very happy at all.

10 out of 10 would eat again!!! Lets start off with the $5 its cheap and delicioso!!! Custom service was amazing and delivery fast!! My fav is the Greek pizza, if dont believe me try it yourself they have countless pizza options.

Italian sausage sub is absolutely delicious, on top of that the delivery was here more than half an hour before they thought theyd, which Im sure is just coincidence, but it still made my experience feel much better.

1st time ordering delivery and I wasnt impressed. Half the pizza was slid into the corner of the box. The wings were not well done like I asked. I ended up throwing everything in the trash.
