Love the pizza. Usually go in on weeknight. Had great service then. Tonight is Friday and the girls working the front had no interest in waiting on anyone. Menus were tossed on front counter all over. Not one person said may we help you. After speaking with their friends I finally got up to register and she looked up at me like yeah what do you want (non verbal). She basically said our bread sticks across the table. Not a word. Then came out with pizza and shoved it on the table with not a word. Too busy to run back to impress the boys in back and her two friends that came in to dine. This is the first time we have not left a tip. We always tip 20%. Young manager, you are not teaching these teens a thing. I think these kids need to go to Bob Evans in Brownsburg and learn how to waitress. Will never go back on a Friday night. Note: They were two other customers who witnessed the same shoddy service

Just waited over a hour for our delivery just to recieve the wrong pizza. When I called the store asking for a new pizza the manager did not seem to concerned about their mistake and I was told id have to wait another 45 minuets. I understand the reasturant industry as I am a kitchen manager for a local food chain not to mention I was a cook at a pizza resturant, but 2 hours for a piece of dough with cheese and meat is absolutely ridiculous. As a manager I would be losing my mind if that was the pace of my employees, especially after they screwed up. This place is undorganized and unprofessional. Go elsewhere, this is not the place you want to go for pizza.

Queso demasiado rancio para mi gusto y el de mi familia. La pizza tenía una mosca gigante. Ellos enviaron una pizza nueva y no cobraron, pero el daño ya estaba hecho. Cheese too stale for my taste and my family. The pizza had a giant fly. They sent a new pizza and were not charged, but the damage was already done.

Dont bring a hundred dollar bill here no matter if your pizzas cost almost a hundred. The girl at the counter, was rude by stating that they do not accept $100 bills. She stated it is company policy and posted on the front door. It certainly is, being on a small piece of paper 1" inches by 1" inches. As a permanent resident of Brownsburg, I would never eat here again. In addition, the pizza was expensive and toppings were sparce. If your going to have company policies, than post it on your front door, on a large piece of paper or sign. I will never eat here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Couldnt even get my pizza ordered. Told them my address and phone number at least 5-6 times and they kept repeating everything wrong. It was so painful I said Id just order carry out and drive to them. They almost hung up on me saying that thinking I would order at the place before I stopped them. I repeated phone number AGAIN slowly. They couldnt get anything right. It was like pulling teeth. VERY stupid people working the phones. Worst experience Ive ever had trying to order a damn pizza. I told them to forget it and hung up the phone. Donatos lost a sale due to incompetence.

This location is just ok. Ordered a large veggie pizza with no hot peppers. It came to the table covered in peppers and spinach. Another 15 minute wait. We also got a Big Dons Italian Sub. Too much bread and not enough stuff. We were hungry so we ate most of it while waiting for the second pizza. The service was fine. She was apologetic about the mix-up. The pizza was hot and did taste pretty good after all that so it wasnt all bad. This location has received a lot of poor reviews. They can do better. We were there around 4pm.

I normally dont have any issues ordering online and going to pick up my order at their drive up window. This time, I ordered online and was there at the time it said it would be ready and they totally forgot to make my pizza. It was a day there was a 30% off special for ordering online. I waited at the drive up window while they made it. They were not busy at all either. I am not complaining at all as I understand things happen, just answering this survey as this is the second request I have gotten to complete this survey.

Extremely rude and condescending girl taking orders over the phone. Not a good look for the franchise. From reading the comments nothing has been done to address this issue. She needs the full training course on customer service relations. Good management definitely wouldnt have her answering the phone.

DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT IT THE LILLI MANAGER IS A RUDE WITCH THE FOOD WHEN IT GOT TO MY HOUSE WAS COLD THE CINNAMON STICKS I ORDERED HAD NO FROSTING ON THEM I WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT COME WITH FROSTING ILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TO DEAL WITH THIS!!!! WILL NEVER COME BACK WILL GO ELSEWHERE!!!

This should be no stars but had to rate 1 star to be able to comment. We placed an online order at 6:44 and did not receive the pizza until 8:16!!!! WTH!!! This is ridiculous!!!! This is not the first time for crappy delivery service. No longer a donatos customer after tonight!

ive been ordering from Donatos for a really long time and there bread sticks are way to good but service has definitely gone down though. 4 stars from me because food is super good but service needs to be brought up.

I have been going to this location for several years and the service has really gone down. The pickup window is a joke. The buzzer has been broken for months and you have to beat on the window to get their attention.

Always late delivery, always cold or not cut all the way, and the last time I went for pick up they had me wait 20 mins before realizing the pizza I ordered had been sitting on the counter the whole time.

LOWSY LOWSY - could not take an order correct over the phone and offered no apology at all!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Sandwich is GROSS!!!! Only gets a star so I can leave a comment to warn other customers!

Usually pick up from this location and its quick in and out. People are friendly and pizza is made how I expect it to be. Never had an order mixed up here.

Donatos is a little pricey but it is SO good! Their breadsticks and cheese are hard to beat, and their thin crust pizza is absolutely delicious!
