UPDATED REVIEW: Originally gave this place 4 stars based on 5 different experiences. All meeting expectations and consistency. Since then everything has gone downhill. Most of the time the customer service is rude and act like they hate their job. One experience included my girlfriend going to pick me up a pizza and a young girl was working the drive through window clearly exclaiming that she hated her job. I feel bad for the workers that actually do their job correctly here, because it isnt all of them its just some of them.This time was pretty rough. My girlfriend ordered a pizza and asked for extra sauce. Not only did they over charge her and have to fix it but when we got home it was obviously an old hotbox with no extra sauce. We even told the girl the order THREE times at the window and still got it wrong. I am completely unbias. I am not reviewing this based on my taste for pizza or food. I felt I needed to update this due to increase in bad experience.

The food tasted just as good as any other little Cesars but the customer service was the worst experience ever. The cashier didnt ask what we wanted to order and expected us to just start ordering, then with everything we tried to order she just said, "its not hot and ready" and was quite rude about it. Some of us dont mind waiting ten minutes for the food we actually want but she wouldnt let us order what we wanted so we had to choose whatever was hot and ready. Rudest customer service person ever.

The lady that took my order was very friendly. But I ordered a hot n ready. The only part of that that was correct was the ready part. Pizza is not hot and looks to be several hours old. You can see how dried the cheese is and not melted it is in the photo, there for it is not hot. Pretty dissatisfied. Was looking forward to trying this new pizza they put out with the mozzarella. Good thing I got crazy bread and a mountain dew.

This store was not able to honor a coupon for their store, with their address, from the company website. They said it was because there is no way to enter it in the computer. Clearly they have not been trained. Their manager was also no help and offered no solution. The pizza was over cooked and the breadsticks (which are usually wonderful) were burnt and hard.

Yea this place gets busy but great, customer friendly staff that works through it every time. Havent had a bad service or bad food experience here yet and probably wont. Cant get a great tasting pizza this quick anywhere else. If the parking lot is full I usually park at the empty business next door and walk in to get my order. Great teamwork at this Little Cs.

I have had multiple issues at this location in the past with messed up orders or timely readiness with little to no resolve. The only reason I do not give this place a 1-star is because of the price. At their price point it really doesnt matter too much. Buy cheap crap and youll get it everytime. Also, their support for military is nice.

Very unfortunate that a franchise this successful refused my sale due to not having the equivalent change for a fifty dollar bill. In the store. Period. Very displeased but I suppose thats the chance you take on a $5 pizza. Despicable . Great flavor but such a shame for the pizza industry. Step it up.

Every time I go there lately, I go through the drive through and they tell me to pull around front and wait, and its usually 30 minutes before they finally bring my food out. They really need to better organize at this little Ceasars. I hardly even go there anymore just because of the poor service.

This little Cesars is typically what to expect as far as food quality. If you like it you like it. I have had issues with the "hot and ready" between 4-8 , its a small town and Id expect to have to wait occasionally especially in ball season but, Ive learned to never count on "hot and ready"

Swiped my card... Then told me I would have to wait for one pizza that she could have told me was not ready. Been sitting here for 15 mins and have not received my pepperoni pizza yet!!! Bad services.

The pizzas I have been vetting recently from here have huge bubbles in them where there is no sauce cheese or meat so Ive only been getting like 3/4 of a pizza for the last five visits.

Delicious deep dish pizza for a very affordable 8 dollars, but wasnt hot-and-ready.. 5 minute wait. Taste was well worth the short wait.
