Poor service. Poor quality. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster, onion rings , rootbeer, and a Snickers caramel concrete.. I showed them my concrete was soft like a milk shake. The overall presentation If The ice cream was poor. One young lady said, it aint that bad! I said Ive seen better. Then a other young lady comes to show me what the ice cream look like coming out of the machine... she offered to make another. It was just as watery as the first. I asked what was the difference from the concrete custards and the other ice cream on the menu , she said some powder... I said but its not concrete like it said.. she says theyre different than Other franchise??? Lol I asked, is this not sonic?? I was like ok, whatever. Asked for some ketchup and she didnt come back to the window.. so the first young lady have me ketchup.. basically, I spent $13 bucks and couldnt enjoy my soda or ice cream. Threw them both away. Esp the ice cream, took too long to make the 2nd one. Figured they spit in it..... if i go back tomorrow, it will be to talk to day manager...

Ive worked here since September of 2016, the kids are awesome and fun. The adults are easy going. Its the place to be if you wanna have an awesome treat. I mean we can mix up almost half million different drink combinations. In the form of Sodas, Slushes, CreamSlushes, Milkshakes, Malts, CheesecakeShakes, CreamPieShakes, Blasts, MasterBlasts, Floats, Sundaes, Splits, MoltenCakes, WaffleCones, Reg.IceCreamCones... BTW* We have some pretty good food as well. Some of our fanfavs is TheChiliCheeseConey 6" or 12", CornDogs, CheeseSticks, CheeseBurgers, JalapenoPoppers, and our Hot Fresh TatorTots, Fries, OnionRings... *DONT FORGET* 1/2PRICE SHAKES AFTER 8PM (EVERYDAY) & 1/2PRICE BURGERS AFTER 5PM (EVERY TUESDAY). They need to get their customer service together!! Its not hard to work a simple job with a smile instead being rude to customers all because they asked what the price of fries and a root beer float is!!! Theyll never see me again and thats a fact!! Paris needs to get it together with their workers because will be someone in this world who take over their job and do it for them!!

Interesting experience here. My friend and I ordered cheeseburgers because they were on sale, even though he actually wanted a chicken sandwich. Turns out that they mixed up our orders, and he ended up getting a chicken sandwich in the end anyways. Mind reading?

Cant get a simple order right.. How hard is no mayonnaise? Sent my burger back 2 times in one visit!!! 3 burgers later and after a 45 minute loss of my time I am not happy. Go to McDonald. At least the service is accurate and fast!

Idk how you mess up making ice cream but they do it all the time! Last time I got an Oreo blast (large) half of it was Oreo and the rest was just regular vanilla ice cream.. I was not happy at all once I got down to it
