This place is terrible! I live downtown and I went in after work to get something to eat . Rude people and the food is disgusting . I got the chicken Alfredo (17 dollars) told the guy to keep the change even tho he was super rude to me and all he did was take my order and charge me, since I ordered to go. It came with a lousy salad and one tiny piece of garlic bread . I got the order very fast, "it was 3:15am they were very slow, so no other orders ahead of mine" Upon getting my order I asked for another dressing, resident, his response was; Ill have to charge you for it, I said never mind! Got home and went to eat and the chicken had a funky smell to it and it had literally no taste . I ate the dry salad and the noodles. The sauce was soooo runny that it looked like an Alfredo soup lol. I couldnt eat the chicken . The smell was terrible. This was my second time at this place . First one was very pleasant. Older foreign guy was super polite and treated us super nice , he just be the owner. We had slices of pizza and they were actually good! Decided to come back to experice this . I wont be coming back and definitely dont recommend this place to anyone. There are more options for late night food in downtown Nashville. Sicilian Italian kitchen on church street and also Ceasars on 5th are really good . Trust me, you will regret going to this place !

Would give 0 stars if I could. I found this Nifty little spot while walking downtown. The sign outside caught my eye. It stated lunch special pizza by the slice $2.50. Great! I went inside to place an order. I stood at the counter for quite some time while three employees laughed and talked ignoring my presence. I finally politely interrupt and ask to place an order. That was problem number one. I ordered a slice of pizza and was charged $3.75. I asked about the $2.50 special and she states "we dont have a pizza special". Well sure you do. Theres a sign right outside. She goes to ask someone else about this special and the second person tells me that cheese pizza is $2.50 and pepperoni is $3.75. I dispute the difference between what she is saying and what the sign advertising. She apparently couldnt comprehend my point. I asked to see a menu. The price is she stated are the regular prices on the lunch menu. I explained to her that if shes running a special that means I can get a slice of pizza for $2.50. She says no and that the entire lunch menu is a special. Are you kidding me?? Long story short, they refused to honor the special that was posted outside to bring customers in. When asked for a To-Go menu I was given a menu with much higher prices than the other menus I have been shown. I will not return. They are full of it. Oh, and my pizza was burnt.

TLTR: The menu does not match ingredients used in their food. Disgusting alternatives/substitutions were made without full disclosure. I regret having to write this because our original waitress was absolutely lovely and understanding. However, the pizzas that my coworker and I ordered were horrific. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizzas, the only difference between the two was mine was ordered without cheese. The crust was very nice but the toppings were disgusting. The BBQ sauce tasted like a step above ketchup. The chicken looked and tasted like reheated chicken parmigiana that had been cut up and tossed on top. The bacon looked like bologna. All in all, very little flavor. Our original waitress noticed right away that something was wrong and suggested we speak with our other waitress who happened to be the manager on duty. We were then informed that the "bacon" was turkey bacon and that they do not have pork products and never had. (Months ago when this restaurant first opened, we had the same pizza and it was fantastic and made with entirely different products.) When suggested that they should include the actual ingredients on the menu, we were told it wasnt necessary and that the bacons were the same. We were then told we could leave in a dismissive manner, which we did immediately. We will not be returning.

We had a group of us and ordered 3 XL pizza. We waited 2 hours with no food when my email said 45-60 minutes. We called numerous times with a busy line and when we finally got through to someone, they would tell us the driver is on the way or put us "hold", but they never came back. When we finally just wanted to cancel the order, they said okay, but your card will still get charged and they could do nothing about it. The next day we went into the store and the manager said they were very busy because of a special, but still gave me no good reasons, or an apology, or could not credit my account as they made us order online. I am now back home and it is still showing as pending on my card. Very disappointing as it wasted our time and the great experience we were having in Nashville. Do not order from here.

Please hire waiters that know how to speak English! I ordered the chicken alfredo which tasted great. But I didnt get enough noodles with my order so I had quite a bit of sauce and chicken leftover. I asked for a side of noodles to go. The waiter apparently couldnt understand what I was saying cause he came back asking me three times what I wanted. Then brings me a whole new order of chicken alfredo! Then when it comes time to pay he runs my credit card for same amount twice. My bank denies the second charge thinking its a fraud charge. So because he cant understand basic English Im stuck paying for a whole other order of food. I will be calling to complain to the manager but from what I have read on the other reviews it may not help me out at all.

Workers were friendy. Slices took a while to heat up. The crust was so thin it literally disintegrated. The first 5 bites of my pizza were impossible I had to scrape up pieces off my plate because it was legitimately just cheese. It tasted alright but was extremely annoying to eat, especially for being almost $4 for a slice. The cashier was on speaker phone with someone which was kind of annoying to listen to while we ate. Definitely would rather wait and eat at home next time.

After reading the reviews I had high expectations, I was completely shocked on how terrible the meal was. The salad must have just been washed since there was a lot of water in the bowl. The garlic knots were crunchy and hard and tasted like bread from a can. The pasta was undercooked, the Alfredo sauce tasted like it came from a jar, and the chicken was over cooked. Highly disappointed!!

Great little secret downtown. Excellent food and service. 7/2017 Update. I have always loved this place but today a new wait staff of 2 were totally overwhelmed. Though they walked past me several times I never was spoken to. An older woman had to tell across the restaurant to get a servers attention. I finally walked out unserved. Sad, this was a good place for lunch.
