I used to eat at this place on a weekly basis but would always order online and go through the pickup window. today I decided to go inside for the first time, unfortunately it was the worst decision. The teenage staff at the counter seemed flustered & clueless as to what customer service is. I stood there for 10 mins after I informed them that I wanted the pasta diavolo before going straight to the register to check out without asking me what I wanted in my pasta. On top of that a patron came to the counter with hair in her food. It may be because I normally go on weekdays while those teens are in school so the staff is better but regardless they have just lost a customer.

I love Piada. Anytime Im in the area my vote on where to eat goes to my favorite Italian fast food joint. The small menu is larger than it comes off as because each item is extremely customizable. Everything Ive had has impressed me, and I am always excited for each new seasonal menu. If you do hit up Piada, dont forget to get some Garlic Dough. If you want to have something sweet and fun, the Cannoli Chips are just that. Today I decided to add an order of the chips and had to wait. I was cool with it but they still gave them to me on the house. Once when I went they even knew a customer by name. In all, Piada is an experience I fully recommend.

This place is pretty tasty with all of the different and delicious choices and grade A ingredients its a very easy choice for a foodie. Only downside would be the long line if its lunch time rush but if you order the huge meat ball itll more then make up for it;) Plus you could order through the mypiada website online and avoid that all together. Prices are a little bit pricier for a quick meal but if you download the Piada App your frequent ordering could reward you with a $5 coupon once you reach $50.

This location can be a bit tricky to get to but its worth it. The interior of this Piada is by far the coolest I have seen yet. The food was fresh and fantastic though the chefs preparing it had a bit of a hard time understanding English but my mother and I were able to make it through with exactly what we ordered. The only improvements that can be made to this location is fixing the rather bad draft in the front of the store and keep the tables a bit cleaner after customers have left.

Piada is just a great experience. It feels warm and inviting and the dishes are always amazing. It is great quick food that is the quality that you would expect from a sit down restaurant. Everything on the menu is delicious. Completely balanced flavors that explode with freshness and boldness. But over their food (which I rave for) their service is quality and fast. I have no reservation in recommended this place to everyone.

As others have said, its another fast casual Chipotle style eatery. The food is very good, especially the diavolo pasta, but the service is poor. This isnt because of the staff but because of the model. Your entire order is prepared by two (sometimes one) staff members. That can lead to quite a long wait time while you stand there waiting to pay. This should be a three star review, but the tasty food is enough to bump it to four.

Weve had a couple of not so great experiences here. The last visit, was around 7 pm on a Saturday and they were out of the piada sticks and other food items. They didnt make our complete order before moving on to the people behind us and just seemed very in a hurry and disorganized. We really enjoy this restaurant, but plan to only go to the one in Carmel in the future.

Food was ok, however food handling was terrible. Ordered a pasta dish, after the pasta was cooked, the server actually used her gloved hand to scrape the food from the skillet instead of using tongs. She stated that they were out if tongs... they the chef guy brought up tongs after the fact. Servers need better food service training.

I wish there was one closer to me, because I would eat here much more often. This level/style of restaurant (not what I would call fast-food, but its quick and ingredients are fresh, and the specialize in a specific type of food) is typically Mexican/southwest or burger joint and this Italian cuisine is a welcome change.

I came here on the recommendation of a local hotel staff, hoping for an Italian version of Chipotle. it was ok but not great. service was fast nd friendly but meatball was poorly seasoned and piada had too much going on. the best thing I ate was also the cheapest - a pepperoni bread made with their wrap.

Delicious options and modern atmosphere. You have to be patient when you go and watch carefully because they make A LOT of mistakes. Ive been double charged or had items missing too many times. They try very hard but you have to be in the right mood...and not in a hurry, to deal with the nonsense.

Great for group takeout, everybody likes their food. Try the lunch special, "tasca" (half-size sandwich) with salad or soup plus drink (love the hibiscus lemonade, and Italian fountain sodas are a treat). They make everything to order, and are HAPPY to make your item exactly how you want it.

I was in line to get my food for 30 minutes total. It took them about 2 minutes to actually make my food and then it sat on the counter slowly being moved down to the register. Yes they were busy but there were 6 people working the line and none of them knew what to do. It was ridiculous.

I saw this restaurant constructed and finally made my way there, it is a great spot for fresh, quick food. You can get piadas (think of a wrap), pastas, or salads with some fresh meats and vegetables. The service was very friendly and fast. I cant wait to go there again.

The best customer service Ive had from a restaurant in years! The chef is also super friendly and I will definitely visit again. The food is delicious and I would highly recommend their "Chefs Favorite Piada with Crispy Calamari" and a side of "Harvest Grain Seasonal Side".

My older sister had the wrong order, and the servers and the cashier made her feel like a bother because she asked them to fix it. They were not pleasant and upset our afternoon, they made her get in the back of the line, and then they took a very long time to fix it.

The piadas are very good. I had the chefs and added tomato. Loved the wrap they use on these. I also ordered the basil pesto. Unfortunately there was no taste to it, esp. since I had the spicy chefs piada first. I should have added salt, garlic, and regular tomatoes.

Imagine Chipotle, but with Italian food. If your mouth isnt watering yet, then youre doing something wrong. The food here is awesome. I wish they had more locations around Indy so I wouldnt have to drive so far to have some of their food.
