Went there for lunch with my daughter and mother on Valentines Day. It was packed, even at 11:10 am. Two of us got the soup and salad and my daughter got the shrimp scampi. Soup and salad were excellent and my daughters shrimp scampi was a huge portion and she said it was very good. The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is that the tail shells were still on the shrimp. Melissa was our server and she was excellent, not overbearing but was always there when the drinks needed refilled and kept us in hot breadsticks the whole time. She was awesome. Im not a big fan of Italian food and I dont like ordering seafood from a chain store seeing how we are right on the Gulf of Mexico but it was very good. We had an appetizer but I dont remember now what it was but was also excellent. The hot food was hot and the salad was cold. Kudos to the management for making a chain store a great. If you like Olive Garden and youre in Pensacola then this is your place. Parking is strange because its on a hill and its pretty steep so if you have a handicapped person as we did, let them off at the door. The handicapped spaces were all taken and most of the cars parked there did not display handicapped placards or license plates. Other than the shrimp tails and the parking, it was an excellent experience.

After arriving we had about a 15 minute wait as the store was busy. We were seated by our host and our waiter arrived promptly. He provided decent service throughout the rest of our meal. However the waitress next to our table dropped a bowl of spaghetti sauce, which spilled all across our table, my feet, and my boyfriends khaki pants. She did not acknowledge that she had done anything, other than to grab a dirty napkin off the table she was standing next to and put it on my boyfriends leg for him to clean up. Not once did she apologize. Multiple other servers in the same room saw this and none offered any assistance or to clean up the mess on the floor or the table. Sometime after this the general manager, an older gentleman, walked by the table saw the mess and looked at us and said, "What happened here guys? Did you spill something? I told him what had happened and the only response I got was," oh well thats too bad "before he walked off. Our waiter arrived soon after that with our food and we then found a hair in my boyfriends meal. We will probably never come back to this location as it had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

We have been going to this Olive Garden for years and always loved it until recently! The past two times our waiters have been very rude and the hostess was extremely unfriendly. We have a small child and asked for a kids menu with crayons, the hostess quickly snapped at me that we could not have one until seated because there is only one childs menu and pack of crayons per child and if she gave us one before we were seated our waiter might also give us. Our waiter was reluctant also to bring us a childs menu and crayons. We visited this past weekend during never ending pasta and our waiter acted like he was angry to have to put in a refill order for us. The staff seemed as though they did not want to be there and were rushing people the leave. I will drive to Mobile Al. from now on if I want to eat at Olive Garden! I am not going to spend my money to be treated bad!

Our experience was one of the worst at an olive garden. Server was really nice, but forgetful. We had four people in our party, and ordered two zuppa toscanas, lasagna, and spaghetti. Our soups were so salty that we couldnt eat them. The manager didnt take them off of our ticket until we pointed out that they were returned uneaten. I could have understood if we actually ate them, but she knew we returned them after only a few bites. Weve had zuppa toscana many times in the past, this was not the "norm." Even our server stated that it was too salty. For a not busy time of the day/week the service was really slow. Dessert was great, though. Hopefully this isnt the sort of service we should expect at this location. Im hoping we just caught them on a bad day.

A busboy sell my cell phone while I was there having dinner with my mother and we spoke to the manager who did not put the slightest bit of effort forth in trying to recover my cell phone for me or give me the name of the person responsible so that I can report it correctly. We had only been away from the table for a few minutes before we turned around and came back in the table had been cleaned and the cell phone was gone. They accidentally made it clear that they knew exactly which best boy had done our table but they said they would let us know if it turned up in Lost and Found. Because of this the sheriffs office said there was no point in filling out a police report because there was nothing they would do for us

This is where my husband purposed to me one of my favorite restaurants Lately it has been a great mess we had several complains about Melissa and had brought up to management about her racial slurs everytime we go.He told me he was going to take care of everything to reassure that this would not happen again. Well it happened again we are regulars there and it seems to be a problem everything we go Berry has not done much which seems that he supports Melissa racial comments I no longer dine in sad to say we order to go now since berry cannot do his job and we no longer feel welcomed to dine.Sad how such a cultured restaurant has lost its culture.

I LOVE Olive Garden. It is one of my top 3 places to eat out. Ive been a patron of this particular location for over 7 years. This OG recently got a nice new remodel on this inside. The serving staff is always top notch here. We havent found anything on the menu that wasnt delicious. It wouldve been a 5 star except the parking situation is terrible. Parking is behind the restaurant. The entire parking lot is on a steep hill . Making parking difficult and egress challenging. Also...The last 2 times weve been to the location Ive caught the aroma of a dirty mop. Something you expect from a lower scale establishment.

Food is good, however, I have elderly, physically disabled parents. There are only 4 handicap parking places and a monstrous hill one has to climb if those handicap parking spaces are not available. One has to block all of incoming and outgoing traffic to help the disabled people exit the vehicle in close proximity to the door, then having to leave them in the boiling hot summer sun while one moves the vehicle out of the way is dangerous for the elderly. On a side note, one of the servers saw that There were two vehicles that could not use the parking , and he came outside on his own to assist. Kudos to him!
