I had Thai food before and was eager to introduce my girlfriend to it. It looks really nice inside, sort of a Thai fine dining. We ordered the spring roll appetizer, and thats where things went downhill. They brought out the spring rolls and they looked good. I picked one up and it was sticky .I had to pull them apart. I put the first one in my mouth and was hit by the most horrible taste. My girlfriend did the same thing. We both instinctively spit it out of our mouth. I quickly paid for our drinks and the spring rolls and we made a beeline for the door. We wont be back. It may be awhile before I can talk my girlfriend into trying Thai food again.

I completely disagree with some of the ratings! This is definitely the BEST Thai food in all of middle Tennessee !! The food is deliciously fresh and bursting with flavor! The chef/owner is amazing and super friendly. The staff is always attentive and friendly and the restaurant is very very clean and inviting . I drive from Nashville to eat here because I think its the best !! I have been eating here for years and I have never been disappointed. I could not understand any reason that someone would give it a low rating !

This is the best Thai Restaurant in TN I have ever had so far. Restaurant is super clean, peaceful and pleasant. Staff is so friendly. You can reserve the room private room for large group party. My favorite dishes here is Pad-Thai, Pad See-Ew, noodle soup, egg roll and Thai ice tea. Oh! Their sushi bar is also great. I like Spider roll here. It has very crunch soft shell crab on the roll. Im highly recommended this restaurant when you get chance to visit Murfreesboro.

Jack and his wife were incredible hosts. I am teaching a Thai massage class and called the restaurant to find out if I could bring my students over to experience a traditional Thai meal. Jack was so welcoming he brought out pictures, Thai vegetables, and shared many great stories and facts about Thailand. I strongly encourage people to try this place and enjoy the warm hospitality.

This was some of the most expensive steamed rice Ive ever purchased. 80% of the food they give you is white steamed rice. Its way more expensive than other thai restaurants and the food is just mediocre. Taste of thai is a better value and tastes better. The actual restaurant is well decorated but thats only useful if the food is worth what youre paying.

This place is clean and neat. The food is fresh and delicious. They really do vary the spice levels of dishes for even the most timid of palates. Have never had a bad meal here and have tried nearly everything on the menu. On more than one occasion we had the waitress order for us and surprise us. Never disappointed. Yum!

If youre looking for amazing authentic Thai cuisine The Bangkok is the only place to go. Friendly staff and the owners are 2 of the sweetest people youll ever meet. Ive been coming here for over 10 years and enjoying their "Crispy Fish". I could literally live on it! Thanks for being in Murfreesboro!

One of the best restaurants in Murfreesboro. Sing negative reviews on here is the only time Ive seen/heard people say they didnt enjoy this place. Jack and Boo-Pa (the owners) are as friendly as possible. Great menu. My recommendation: Spicy Noodle Soup w/spring rolls. So good.

Dont sell Sushi on Sunday:( I went to eat Sushi but was disappointed when they dont sell it on Sunday, However, I shared my daughters chicken (kids meal) & rice, and was fulfilled. Hubs was not so pleased with the taste of the fried chicken & rice but he did enjoy.

I adore this place. They can make anything to your taste. Everything is cooked to order. As a gluten free vegan...this is one of my go to places. I know it will be great food, a good price and I will have a smile on my face when I leave. Highly recommended!

Ive lived in many overseas countries including Asia and the food at Bangkok is spot on. Well done! The dumplings and hot and spicey soup are definitely my favorite. I do agree that the prices are a little more than other Thai restuarants but well worth it.

Nice environment but the foods is bad. It was not at all what I expected to be. I ordered pad kee mao and the noodles was still white, watery, very bland. It was a small potion for the price. Never going there again and I wouldnt recommend it.

This is by far my husband and Is favorite restaurant not only in Murfreesboro, but the Nashville area as well and we have been to some great places. They have a great spicy mixed vegetable dish. YUM! I can eat it everyday!!!!

Nah. Didnt like it at all. I prefer Taste of Thai on Church Street. Got two orders of Pad Thai to go. One for now, one for later. I prefer Pad Prik. Couldnt even finish the first one. Threw them both out.

Good food. My only concern was that I ordered a vegetarian dish but had two small pieces of chicken in my bowl. Flavors were great, the fried tofu was good, the Pad Thai was cooked perfectly.

Weve been to Thailand, but we can get a perfect Thai "fix" right here in Murfreesboro. The owner will prepare your food to order, just how you like it. Very healthy. beautiful decor.
