Ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich. It tasted OK. Not enough meat on the sandwich for the price. Way more bread than meat. That is not the biggest issue though. No one wears gloves in this establishment. I stood there and watched them work the cash register, answer the phone and pick their nose, all while preparing the food and without washing their hands. My sandwich was being wrapped when I saw the cook pick her nose. Yuck! Please, please invest in an inexpensive box of plastic gloves when you are handling food!

Penn Station subs are my favorite subs! Yummy fries too. This particular location seems to have pretty good customer service, Ive never had any major issues. My only complaint is that the whole restaurant seems to have that thin film of grease on the floor and tables. You know where its a little sticky on the tables and your feet kind of slide around on the floor. The kitchen appears to be clean and sanitary, its just that that grease accumulates over time. Otherwise wouldve been 5 stars. Come eat here!

This place is almost a religious experience for me. The bread is dense, hot, crispy on the outside and chewy/doughy on the inside. The meats and cheeses are top quality, unlike even the top of the line you might have ordered at the deli. Im not a big french fry guy but these fries I go crazy over...fresh cut with the skins, fried in peanut oil. The fresh squeezed lemonade is bold....not sour-pucker or syrupy. Once you eat here youll barf at the thought of subway and "meh" at quiznos.

Normally I love eating here but my last experience has left me seriously debating whether Ill be back anytime soon. I have never had such a poorly made sandwich from them before or anyone. The other sandwich we ordered was forgotten. The staff clearly didnt care about the quality of their work. When asked about the poorly made sandwich and other lost sandwich they made an equally sad sandwich and took 10 minutes to make the other one (which they forgot the fries).

I love Penn Station. Always have always will. HOWEVER the manager was rude to me over a mix up involving a drink cup given to me by her employee (who also lied and said that I said I provided payment when I really didnt). So the food was great but you might leave with a side of boiling blood if you come in contact with her.

Too bad I cant give them 0 stars. Was the nastiest sub I have ever ordered. Meat was tough and cold. Their fries, if they can be called that, tasted more like a halfway boiled potato. I dont think it ever touched grease. The outside was soggy, but the middle was still raw potato. I will never be back.

I had one of the best subs of my life here. The Italian was phenomenal, as were the fries, and the lemonade. It takes about 5 minutes for the order, so this place isnt as fast as Jimmy Johns for instance, but youre getting a far better, toasted sub for it.

I love this place. The sandwich bread is very unique and has a great chewy texture. I like the Philly cheese steak... It is so good with the melted provolone. The fries are a treaty, too, since they are made from fresh potatoes right as you order them.

Dont know what this Luke guy is talking about. The best cheese steak in town. Ive been eating here for over 7 years and never experienced any undercooked meat. Its cooked then run through a oven.

The meat on the Philadelphia Cheesesteak is sometimes not cooked all the way. It made want to throw up! Here are some good other options: Chipotle, Newks, Peter Ds, Jimmy Johns. Have a GREAT day.

If you step into Penn Station, do yourself a favor and order the 12" Artichoke with chicken and mushroom sandwich. So good that I am hooked now from my first visit.

I bought a 10" Italian on Tuesday January 6th. Tasted like it was cooked with country Ham. Woo! it was salty. Worst sub I ever had. Ill never go back there again!

Good food, tasted very fresh. No complaints on the staff. Just hope the good people at Google change the time they close. They actually close at 8 o clock.

Im from New Jersey, so I would say I know what a real sub should taste like... and so do these folks. Their fries are also to die for.
