Panda Express has great food but I have two complaints: one is their portions are small for the price. Usually Chinese food is inexpensive and you get more than enough food. It was enough for 2 middle aged adults but not enough for a teenage boy. Two, I have to complain about their customer service, especially with the manager. I had a dish that was too spicy to even eat. My husband, who likes hot food, could not even enjoy it. They did tell me it was a spicy dish when I ordered it. I came back to complain because I think they should have expressed how spicy. They argued with me for 10 minutes and finally agreed to give me a small spoonful of something else! I didnt necessarily feel they had to give me something else, but their attitude is what was wrong. I could have asked them to clarify how spicy but If they would have at least apologized, even said there was no refunds or exchanges but maybe just thanked me for the suggestion and maybe they would make sure they told others how hot it was, something to justify my complaint, that is good customer service. I didnt raise a fuss. I took my complaint to the manager and she had a bad attitude. Not good for a first impression.

I have stopped going to Panda Express after many issues since it opened. I love Chinese food so its hard for me to stay away. The food at this location is never the issue, its how long it takes you to get it. Many times I have waited 20+ minutes in the drive through with just me in the drive-thru. Finally, after Id finally had enough, I tweeted them and said Id never come back. Not once have they offered to discount my food or give me something extra for the long waits. Not even the corporate Twitter account did anything but ask me to fill out a survey. Im writing this review sitting inside this location for the last time. After the tweets Id said I wasnt coming back. Well, its been about 5-6 weeks and Im giving them one more chance. My wife and I placed our order at 11:08am it is now 11:32am and Im writing this review instead of eating because WERE HAVING TO WAIT. Forget this place. (We never order anything other than orange chicken and fried rice or Shanghai chicken. Its always the most common thing and theyre always out).

Everything was good the food was awesome. The people were awesome Taylor the chick that served me was nice and dont mind saying she was pretty. So the guy in front of me was a total dick to them. So I got to watch them be as nice as possible and then once he left I acted like I was looking at the menu expecting them to cuss him once he was gone. Nope! Taylor just said "huh well we did the best we could with that situation" literally I was floored and then turned to me with a smile on her face still and said " sir do you have questions about any of the food?" THIS COMMENT IS FOR COPORATE OFFICE" COME ON MAN ILL THE EXTRA FOR THE HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP BUT DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO SHADY WITH THE SERVING! IS THE WORLD RUNNING LOW ON SHRIMP! ACTUALLY ALL THE SERVINGS SUCK! SERIOUSLY IF A BETTER FOOD CHINESE PLACE OPENS UP ILL TAKE MY BUISNESS OVER THERE EVERY DAY I WANT PANDA!

This location needs some help. So many managerial issues prevent this restaurant from being the best it can be and patrons see it. All kinds of restaurant "no-nos" happen; never having enough food prepared to deal with long lines, being short staffed, making up their own hours with signs on the door, drive-thru wait time of longer than 20 mins, uneven proportions, staff arguing with each other in front of customers, only opening one cash register at a time (even if its the one in the back of the restaurant), not paying attention to online orders, .... The list goes on! The food is good when its made on time and the staff is friendly to customers, but the overall organization is atrocious. They need help if they want to continue being open for business.

The food is good and like most people its a little to pricey for alot of people, especially being that you can go to the chinese restaurant about a couple hundred yrds down the street and eat a buffet for 8 bucks. They had a guy there that tried to charge me 4.99 for a side of the honey walnut shrimp, but when i went back a few weeks later they said that the extra side of shrimp has always been $1.25 extra, the funny thing was that i kept looking at my receipt because i knew it was to high the guy just kept looking at me and finally asked me what was wrong and i told him that the price of the shrimp was to high and he tried to explain what he did but he didnt admit he over charged me when clearly he did!

18 minutes from the time I got in line to sitting down. I had 4 people in front of me. The chow me in tastes stale and is luke warm. The Shanghai Angus steak was tough and not fresh. The staff were disinterested in serving customers. They were out of several of their most popular items. Their veggies are consistently undercooked. No apologies or food was offered to make up for the long wait time. I mentioned to the cashier that this location consistently has the worst wait times and she completely ignored me. This location needs to get it together or they risk alienating their small town customers whom have long memories. Do NOT go to this location if you value your time and money!

After seeing all the one stars, I was scared to try it. But it was a Monday and I was right across the street and hadnt had Chinese in 6 years. I had a bad craving. I ordered a pint of sweet and sour chicken and three crispy shrimps. I went through the drive-thru. The clerk was nice and though I waited about five minutes for my food, she apologized for my wait. The food was very good. It was hot, even after a 12 minute drive home, so Im assuming they cooked it right then. I had no problems with it at all. I hope management has taken notice of all the past bad reviews and made changes.

Staff was kind but the wait is inexcusable especially when the food was absolutely horrible. The chow mein was extremely hard and undercooked. The duck sauce gelatin like. The Mongolian beef and broccoli...horrible burnt beef and undercooked and strangely seasoned broccoli. We didnt even bother returning or calling because we dont want anything to do with this food at this point and we live quite a distance away...needless to say, we wont be back.

This place really needs to get its act together. Its either hit or miss, and usually on the Miss side. The staff is pretty slow, and dont really seem to care about the quality of the food. Sometimes well make a drive out to Lebanon just to eat here but lately it hasnt been worth the trip because of the bad service and overly dried food thats been sitting out for a while.

Panda is one of my favorite places in lebanon the food is good and a very friendly environment with the service being slow only due to the fact that they are understaffed. So these reviews arent really reviews just people upset and not really putting the peaces together. Love you panda express.
