Ordered a "quick pick up" order more than 24 hours in advance for 3:30 p.m. Waited while staff wandered around (I was 10 minutes early, so ok). Finally someone decided an order had been made but they had only plain and wheat bagels left, not the 6 varieties I had ordered and would I like the leftovers? I would not and cancelled the order. NOTE: when you place an order (by phone or on-line) you may or may not get what you requested. This (all?) Paneras make X number of items per day and do not reserve them for you, even though you must leave your credit card info. One good thing came from this. I found another local bakery with superior products, lower prices and helpful staff.

well f***. This was THE WORST Panera Ive ever been to. Lets begin with the lack of flatbread and pesto. Isnt flatbread and pesto what Panera is??? If I had a dollar for every table that reimained dirty the whole thirty minutes we were there, s*** I could have bought my whole dinner. Lets not forget that my cousins sandwhich was completely burned, but they set it down on the side that wasnt in hopes that he wouldnt notice. I also asked for no chicken, but f*** OF COURSE they filled my salad with chicken. I also was completely disgusted by the bathrooms that had toilet paper all over the floor. Good luck to all of you in the line out the door!

Ran out of bread for the Frontega Chicken so had to change my order. Out of soup too. How does Panera run out of things? We expect a certain level of service and quality at every Panera. Asked for butter since didnt see it over there and was instructed to look again. Nope, definitely out. Just trust me. The guy taking my order was extremely nice even though every other word that evening was, "Im sorry were out of __________." Cleanliness: Bathroom stall was out of toilet paper, no paper towels, and no joke my lock was a piece of cardboard. This place was not up to the national standard.

For those of you who have never worked in a fast food restaurant, try it sometime. Our store is completely understaffed and all of the employees are always working. From managing a drive thru by yourself to bussing tables and doing drive through, it can get pretty stressful. We dont always have the right amount of people for the job. Panera Bread is an easy job, but when you are short staffed and have lines out the door for hours on end, it gets really old really quick.

It was 4th of July when we stopped for food and drink. Wanted something healthier than fast food. Place was dirty. Bathrooms gross. Out of paper towels in both mens and womens bathrooms. Fruit flies a constant bother. Staff would clear dishes from tables, but not wipe therm down and clean/prep for the next customer. We dont live nearby, but if ever passing through again would avoid this Panera. We were all too grossed out to finish our food.

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. The food is fine but everything we ordered got mixed up or forgotten. We had to ask a few times to sort things out. All the other tables around us had the same problem! Giggling about the absurdity was entertaining but not ideal. The staff are not overly friendly and the pastry display is uninvitingly empty. If there were anywhere else to grab coffee right off the highway here we would never come back.

Went in on Saturday morning waited in an extremely long line because they only had 1 register open. We ordered 2 ham, egg and cheese sandwiches. Once we got in the car we realized one sandwich didnt have any ham. In addition ordered a coffee and went to fill up my cup but all but 1 pot was completely empty then had to wait because the half and half was also empty. They were completely unprepared for a busy Saturday morning. Not a good experience.

I love panera and go to a panera at least 2 times a week. I travel each week so this is one of my favorite stops on.my way to Grand rapids. I stop at this one at least 3 times a month and each time I order something they are out of an ingredient (cheese for sandwich) or cups or lids so you cant order a drink. Its almost comical. The food is good, customer service is fine but the need to get it together on managing their supplies.

Good service, God food!! I work right next to Panera, so I visit often. Every single time I feel welcome! The employees knew my name after only two visits! As someone who worked in fast food, I know its hard to learn the customers names when there arent many frequent visitors. They have a variety of soups, sandwiches, and drinks available. I love the cinnamon crunch scone! Definitely would recommend Panera!

The service is always very friendly and the food gets to you quick but doesnt destroy your digestive system like other quick eat places. The food is carefully selected and always delightful. I get a salad every time I go and I am a total sandwich person. But their salads are always so good. Panera is a dependable restaurant and this location will not disappoint you!

Very...no wait... extremely dirty restrooms. Out of bread??? How does that happen at a place that makes bread. The front door and entryway was broken and a tripping hazzard. The manager was worthless and had no concern of these issues. Oh yeah, specifically mentioned no tomatoes twice...what did we get...a bunch of unwanted tomatoes. WORST PANERA EVER!

While the food was typical Panera, the service was not. Stopped in just after lunch. The bakery offerings were non existent, had to wait for someone to get to the front order area, the tables were over half filled with piles of dirty dishes and cups. Womens bathroom was out of paper towels with a dispenser left hanging open. Worst Panera Ive ever visited.

Just off of I-94 it is a good location for the weekend road warrior. It is a fairly standard Panera Bread location with some nice outdoor seating in the summer months. O.K. service is on par with other locations that I have been to in the past. Good salads and sandwiches make this a healthy stop for those looking for a non-burger & fries option.

Absolutely worst Panera I have ever been to. At least without a doubt the slowest, and for whatever reason they are always out of simple things. The staff is mixed but does contain too many of those who dont care at all about the patrons. Its too bad because we keep giving them a try. 1 star is generous but we want so bad for them to be better.

Busy Panera and the service folks couldnt keep up . Our food arrived quickly although the restaurant was messy and dirty . The bathroom was not attteneded to and toilets didnt work well . I have never been to a Panera like this that showed a lot of dirt and mess . Hope it was because they were busy and short staffed

Wait in drive thru to have order taken was long, no one else ahead of me. They gave me the wrong drink, and I had to go inside to get it fixed. It was not nearly as clean inside as I have seen in the past. Even the entrance had trash on the ground outside, something I have never seen before. What happened?
