Formerly under the name "Stars n Stripes", This is one of the few "Ma n Pa" diners in Gallatin, TN. Ive been brought here several times since I was a little kid and have enjoyed it ever since. The service by the Waitresses here is some of the best you will find in all of Tennessee, while the food is okay for the price. Theyre currently trying to match the portions a little better with what you pay, but thats to be expected, gotta change things up every once in a while. The only massive complaint I have about this place would be the cooks, considering they always want to argue with the Waitresses/Servers infront of the customers. They recently had a slump where the food was coming out rather poorly, but they seem to have picked it up a little better. I highly recommend coming here, and if you get bad service, just let Sam know and hell get it resolved. And I also recommend sitting on the left side of the Restaurant, the better of the already great servers tend to work that side.

Went there yesterday morning 7/9/16 the food was just great , went there this morning 7/10/16 I had the sausage and cheese omelet I told them to cook it well done , when I got it the white was running, I sent it back a few minutes later it came back the same way so I couldnt eat it and they wouldnt do anything about it, So I told them to I wouldnt be back , and Yes I wear rebel stuff and if thats the reason then they need to be boycotted

The best place in Gallatin for a Meat and two and three. The restaurant was "Stars and Stripes, the owner retired and closed the Restaurant. We just realized its back open, just about all the old staff, even the same customers and friends. Thanks to a man I was told his name was Sam, its had a remodel touch, and its open again. Best Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The food is delicious as it ever was!

Posting because, as a couple who prefers home cooked meals to eating out, it says A LOT that we just placed our 2nd to-go order of the week! The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and great at their jobs, and the prices are beyond reasonable. I recommend the club sandwich, cheeseburger, and catfish meals. Superb! Keep up the fantastic work!

Absolute great service and great food and especially there cheese burgers and fish it is a really good restaurant and there prices are very good and cheap and food is well made and clean very good recommend you to go there and try it you will absolutely love it

Brought my family here for brunch based on reviews and its great. Food and service were tops. A side benefit to this place is that its right next to the Veterans home. If you are lucky you can hear some war stories and learn about the world as it was.

Great food and old diner feel. Service was a tad slow but the place was packed. It was well worth the wait for good ol southern style cooking. We went for breakfast and was definitely not disappointed. Hard to find places like this anymore.
