I normally only go to this Popeyes when I get off work because its one of the few places open late and I just put up with the slow service because I like the food. But after tonight I am seriously never going back again. First of all any time you go to the drive through after 9 its gonna take at least 20 minutes just count on it, I always get up to the order speaker and wait at least 5 before someone speaks to me. So I order a spicy 3 piece with fries and the girl says you sure you want fries cause they arent looking too good?And I was just like umm yeah? Can you cook some fresh? (2 hours before closing) she doesnt respond and just tells me to pull forward after another 5 minutes. I get to the window and wait a bit and a girl comes up asking what I ordered and I say spicy tenders and fries and she says they dont have spicy up just 2 other kinds of chicken so Im starving and just pick a different kind. She leaves me for another 10 minutes then comes back and asks what side. When I say fries again, she says they dont look good and to choose something else. So basically I end up leaving with a meal that I didnt even want because they were too lazy to cook fresh food. Its a real shame you cant go somewhere 2 hours before they close and get whatever you want on the menu because they dont want to cook it. PLEASE get a better staff or better management. Its extremely disappointing.

I rarely go here.. But when I do the service I receive from staff is usually that of being nonchalant and mediocre. But since myself and a friend from out of town had a taste for chicken we went. We both ordered the $5 box meals with tenders.. We were asked to wait three minutes for fries to cook after ten minutes food was brought out and given to the first car the guy saw... Then we sat outside and waited and asked the young man where our food was and he responded "aw that was yo food oops let me get it re made".. Waited another five minutes.. We were extremely upset once we got home.. Chicken undone, given maybe five fries each greasy and link.. No condiments.. No fork.. Cajun rice dry.. Just sad. Didnt bother calling to complain.. Chalked it up to a loss. Next time Ill fry my own damn chicken because its obvious these people just dont care.

Totally fed up with your location at 724 Memorial Blvd Murfreesboro, TN. I would have filled out your online survey but the receipt I have the information cannot be read...needed a new roll of paper. 1. The ONLY bright side is the guy who took my order Antonio M. He at least talked to me, wanted to comp me a drink, and apologized. 2. The lady who was preparing the orders, African American, brown hair with a bun of very light hair. Rude, unprofessional, and basically did not give a damn about any customers. 3. Managers...worthless. Stood around, heard everything, and did nothing. 4. Your new advertising for 1/4 pound of shrimp is actually LESS than you used to give. The meal is carefully measured now...not ordering this anymore. Bottom line...I will never go back to this store again.

ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! FROM THE CASHIER AT THE REGISTER ALL THE WAY UP TO THE MANAGER!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (cannot reiterate that enough!!) They say they are a Popeyes Restaurant BUT they DO NOT honor popeyes coupons! Duh???!! How insane is that??? This has happened to me twice at this very same Popeyes on Memorial Boulevard! I USED TO "BUT" I DONT LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES ANYMORE!! Its not worth the frustration nor the hassle. The Manager is a DEFINITE smart-ass!! There is no excuse for bad manners and false advertisement. Take my word for it, its worth the extra 5 minutes to ride a little further down Memorial to Bojangles!

I cant believe Im even typing this for a POPEYES. I was in the drive thru with my family and a young boy was on the drive thru...he was very rude and short and I find that so unprofessional. We ordered the wicked chicken combos with a side and the guy told us he cant give us a different side we would have to do fries. And then asked very rudely was that all?? I then backed up and went in to speak to the GM Lynette to file a complaint and I dont feel she took my complaint seriously.

Several times, no food items on the menu, not one or two but several. Managed and run poorly crew all over the place and not really interested serving and why no chicken at 1.5 hours to close? And why are they visibly cleaning the restaurant and turning away business for the lack of items with little remorse. A trip to Popeyes should never take 30 minutes, not going here again. Spend some time and gas and save your nerves, avoid.

Worst experience ever, just now, 12/17/16. They most have scraped the bottom of the unemployed for this work crew. One word, GHETTO. Just waited 30 minutes for 2 pieces of fish. And, it really upset the girl that I asked her to get the sauces that I asked for, so she proceeded to drop them in my lap. I thank the Lord for my patience. I will never return to this stereotypical chicken spot... just a Ghetto mess.

So tonight my husband went to go and get us some Popeyes around 9:30p close at 10. He was in line until just now and they turned everything off and didnt say anything. This is the worst customer service he has ever experienced from Popeyes. I dont even feel as if they deserve 1 star. Whatever happened to good customer service?

They were too slow after waiting over 30 minutes for my order the food was not fresh. The package the tea came in spilled all over my car. When I tried to talk to the manager he ignored me. I will never go back here. On top of it all both me and my son have to immediately go to the bathroom after eating the potatoes and gravy.

4pm one car 20 minutes. This place is beyond the worst drive thru in murfreesboro. Always slow, rude, cold and undercooked to add your order is never right. 5 pc meal cant even get that right. Thanks alot popeyes for wasting 20 minutes for cold fries, cold chicken and no biscuit. Truly terrible.

Our order is never right, we stand around waiting before someone notices that our order has been sitting there waiting. They never have onion rings. The managers dont seem to know what is going on and just stand around watching the employees get frustrated.

The staff was very rude, I waited in line for 40 minutes ( their drive through has no where to leave once you are in it) the food made both my boyfriend and I very sick. Staff was yelling profanaties out of the window. Wont be back

Always forgetting items that you pay for. Rude management. Went and got wicked chicken tonight no buscuits and one piece of chicken. Called and manager said ok Im not driving back 15 to 20 minutes for smart mouth workers.

No ice in the drink machine, I had to ask for ice, then no sweet tea...took 14 minutes to get my food, and no one anything about the wait. I did kill 5 huge flies while I was waiting. The manager needs some help.
