Though so many pizza joints abound, hard to beat PH thin n crispy pizza value with focus on fresh (though not exotic or gourmet) veggies in a low-carb, lower fat, very thin crust pizza at a crazy low price. At the buffet they are happy to make any kind you want like vegetarian (but without their gaggy dry mushrooms). Sometimes pizza sits on bar too long. Salad bar is excellent all around.$5.99 is fantastic for all-you-can-eat (lunch weekdays only) for pizza, pasta, breadstick, desert and salad buffet. Rarely too much crust on regular pizzas. Not super heavy on toppings but who needs that? Others say other crusts are fine too. So is "any large pizza" for $10 a super deal. Avers in Bloomington much tastier, more gourmet, and though a goid deal higher, is a step-up break from the Pizza Hut routine offerings Very friendly staff in Martinsville.

This place is getting better. This location was bought by an actual Pizza Hut franchiser. It is now taken over by a different GM. He has been over the restaurant since June 2017. So any comments or reviews stating an old GM, like Pam, is false information if its any date past June 1st. Youll be seeing great changes in this store. Actual corporate standards have been set. Employees actually have to follow protocol now. If you havent been here in awhile, retry it. Give the cleaning and maintenance some time. It has been neglected and that stuff takes time. However the food and look of the restaurant is better. The new GM truly is following what Pizza Hut stands for. if you have ANY issues what so ever, the GM wants to know so he can change and fix things that have been happening.

Worst eating experience ever! Do not eat here. Unorganized in every way. Only two tables occupied when we arrived. Our group of five received only one of two ordered pizzas after a 30 minute wait, then 30 Minutes later received one of two wing orders, The bread sticks, ceasar salad, pizza #2, wings #2 NEVER CAME. Waitress never refilled our drinks even though some in our group who had not received their food in over an hour. Manager just claimed that "they were busy", yeah with both tables, lol. He seemed clueless. We will never go back and will plead with all of our friends to do likewise.

Traveling thru and we walked in less than 15 minutes on Sunday after it opened. Noticed all the dirty fingerprints on the door walking in. Dining room had several dirty tables. Salad bar was not cleaned and lettuce was brown and wilted & all other items looked like theyd been there all night. Bathrooms were not very clean for just opening up for the day. Food was just okay. Overheard a gentleman order a beer and waitress say they were out of that kind. Definitely a disappointment compared to ours in our hometown.

I dont know what it is about this place... but it is ALWAYS short staffed and mis-managed. There is always one waitress running the entire room. Its dirty tables everywhere... food on the floor. Filthy. It takes FOREVER to get your food. And complaining does no good at all... they dont give a crap. There is no "Let me try to make things right." All you get is "Were busy and understaffed." Something is OBVIOUSLY broken... I think its time they do a major overhaul. There must be a REASON they cant keep help.

Sat down and waited several minutes. No one came to give us menus. Went to the register, and waited while waitress attempted to put in some elses order. After several more minutes she asked me what i needed and i told her menus. She said to sit down and she would get to me when she could. I walked out after that. She looked like she was on drugs and there was only one other person in the entire store. Service has always been kinda slow here but Ill not be going back.

We always go for the pizza buffet the have during lunch... They always have a good variety and it stays pretty fresh as they usually have a full house! Justine is usually our waitress and no matter how busy they are, our drinks stay full and table stays bussed. If we order pizza it may take a few extra minutes.. but remember it takes about 20-25 min just to make and bake a pizza All in all no real complaints.. in fact were planning on lunching there today!

Not always the easiest place to work, but the people I met made it all worth it. It was a pleasure to work beside the folks there, and to serve those who dined in. I wont forget you guys! Oh and even after 8 months of working there I still thought the food was pretty dang good. -Ben

Every time I order... It is the worst experience of a lifetime. Do not even bother. This place will never get your order right, nor will they attempt to make it right. The worst service I have ever seen.

Ive been there lots and lots of times. Both good and bad experiences, mostly bad. Food is usually dry and not what I asked for. If it wasnt for the chocolate dunkers, I dont think I would go back.

I dont know why the other reviews are so bad! Every time we go its always great service. Once our order was messed up and the lady gave us FREE breadsticks to make up for our time!
