Normally, this is one of our favorite places to grab something when we want something good and quick. The last two experiences at this particular store has caused us to decide we wont be back to this location. The last visit, they were out of several items, so we waited several months to come back. This most recent visit, we walk in to a relatively empty restaurant with several employees goofing off. Thats fine. We go to place our order and are told they are all out of every variety of sushi. Very disappointed, but still ordered something else. We had a free meal on our rewards program. We told the clerk. He cleared our points, but no meal was comped. The clerk was unable to figure out how to retrieve our points or comp a meal. While we ordered, four other people came in and another clerk and what appeared to be a manager ignored them. After we sat down, we watched the woman who was possible a manager play on her phone and twirl her hair. Without washing her hands, she delivered a plate to another patron...with her unwashed thumb in the middle of the plate. We will take the time to drive to Cordova the next time we decide on Pei Wei.

They refused to answer the phone for me to make a pick up order. But I wanted to try the new menu so I went in. I was ignored at first but then one guy asked if I was picking up or ordering. I told him I need to make a to-go order. He said ok and then walked away. Then he says a girl will be with me soon. So I wait by the register. She comes out of them back walks halfway across the floor then goes back. They are talking to the cooks who are obviously not busy and have no intention of taking my order. Beyond pathetic service.

Really wish this place were better as it is so close to my house. Veggies, like the snow peas are always fibrous and raw--inedible. Used to order chicken rolls, but the amount of chicken kept shrinking. Also, ingredients advertised in the item description are almost always missing from the dish, especially with the special, limited-time items. A few items are always good, like the crab wontons and the honey seared chicken or shrimp. I cant seem to get a lighter dish done right.

So my Husband and I went to this place just to try something new... I got the Mongolian Steak and my husband got fired rice and chicken our first thought after we taste it was" Very Different Taste". When we got home our stomach hurt but in a way of being very full...the next morning we both were sick and even worst couldnt get that horrible taste out our mouth, even after we scrubbed out tongue. This was a horrible and the the food was high. NEVER AGAIN

I normally enjoy my visits at Pei Wei. The food is exceptionally fresh and prepared when ordered. This visit I ordered shrimp fried rice and crab wontons. First, my crab wontons arrived at the table and by the time the shrimp fried rice arrived I had finished the wontons. And the shrimp fried rice only had five shrimp (seemed a little skimpy), plus they were out of chop sticks.

I took my man there and I ask them for some sweet and sour sauce for my food and they wanted to charge me for and I had just spent $26 with them and the little white girl wanted to make a big deal about she start talking crazy and I told her this aint what you want baby and I told them that we will never eat there again and we were regulars.

Just ordered Mongolian steak from Peiwei. I had it before and it was good but this time I got to shake my head. I didnt know if the cook mistake sugar with salt it was really salty! I tried to mix it with brown rice and it was still salty. Smh... it will be a while before I can go back again!

Pei Wei as a chain is good and the food here was good too. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning though. The tables were sticky, even though they had been wiped down and there were some gross spots on the walls and floor. So...I wouldnt avoid here in general, but it could be better.

Weve been coming here for a few years and today was the first time we were disappointed. It was very hot inside the restaurant. The food didnt taste as good (I always order the same) and the mens bathroom was in need of cleaning. Also the tables always feel sticky.

This Pei Wei is always clean and we have NEVER had an issue. Their Thai lettuce wraps are my favorite menu item, but I have also tried the spring rolls, egg rolls, chicken lettuce wraps, and Pad Thai. Everything is delicious! Great family atmosphere!

The food was terrible. The noodles were very bland and the chicken was overcooked and tough. Took the server forever to take my order despite the low number of people in the restaurant. Food is grossly over priced.

Poke bowl is a new addition and was really good. Had a typical "pei wei" flavor to it, but as expected from a commercial chain with prepared recipes. Good overall for lunch. New favorite meal here.
