Weve been here in the past and the food was pretty good - not gourmet but decent. Tonight we got there at 7pm and a lot of the selections were empty. It was horrible! They only put out 1 small pan of crawfish at a time so everyone was waiting around for them and maybe 3 or 4 people at a time could get any. They were refrigerator cold and either so salty or so full of cayenne that we couldnt eat them, and we like salty spicy seafood. The crab legs were barely room temp, mushy and bland, the boiled shrimp were so-so, no flavor unless dipped into cocktail sauce and some were mushy. The eggrolls were soft, nearly soggy, the fried shrimp over salted, the BBQ ribs so tough that my husband was afraid hed bread a tooth! The salad bar is a complete waste of time. The lettuce was floating in water, the ONLY salad dressing is Ranch, the selection of toppings is pitiful. How can you screw up a salad bar? We will NEVER go back there again. We saw several people arrive after us and leave before us, leaving half of their food on the table. I dont expect them to be in business much longer. So much for the All You Can Eat Crawfish & Cajun Boiled Crabs - Oh, yeah, not much taste and so small not worth picking. The sign should read All You Can STAND To Eat!! Pass it up, go elsewhere - a total waste of money.

This was miserable. We just left and let me say EVERYTHING was cold. Not room temperature. COLD. The shrimp I had looked like it was bleeding and the manager told me "you dont eat that part" Im pretty sure you eat the meat and I know how to eat shrimp thanks. He then said "you dont have to eat it then. You can leave. Goodnight." So as we were about to get up to leave, he looks at my cousin and says "youve done this before" (no she hasnt) and said this is the 2nd time this week that we had done this. We havent even eaten here in over a year and we have never complained while here. EVER. He continued to try to push my cousin out of the door and scream at my wife until she walked out of the door telling her that "hes a man and shes a woman" I dont know what that even means but whatever. Will never return again. I could not believe the terrible service I received tonight. They need to close down ASAP.

Dinner, youre gonna drop $15 bucks for the buffet and ur beverage....but, this place is GOOD. I really enjoy Chinese buffets...somewhat of a passion of mine. Not all have been good..I know the difference. Here, they offer a very large selection of entrees (especially of shellfish prepared a variety of different ways). Even their Hot & Sour soup was above average. I was very pleasantly surprised with everything I sampled. Very attentive wait staff toward the diners and kitchen staff were extremely attentive overseeing that the steam tables were kept very clean, replenishing and maintaining all the menu items. Not a single item ever ran out and everything was kept looking very fresh and appealing. Go. See for yourself. You will like.

If I could give no stars I would. Cold undercooked food. There wasnt hardly anything out. To pay so much for a buffet I expect it to be hot and to get what I came for. When we told the manager we had undercooked shrimp he told us to eat around it. And if we didnt like it to leave. Ive never been disrespected so much from a manager of a company. To be accused of coming in there earlier in the day doing the same thing pissed me off. I havent eaten there in months and there is a good reason why. Honestly Slidell needs a new Chinese buffet. No wonder the place was so dead. Then he argued with me the whole way to the door. Glad I didnt spend a dime in that roach infested place.

Best buffet in Slidell, although there arent many to choose from. I think the salt and pepper shrimp is the best deal there. Boiled shrimp are very large. Clean restaurant and food keeps a good rotation. The staff is extremely attentative and keep your glasses filled and table free of extra plates. Obviously, like any chinese buffet, the chinese food will not be as high quality as a regular table order chinese restaurant, but it is very good for buffet food. I recommend this to anyone who wants a quick meal and are not sure what they are looking for.

DO NOT EAT HERE! They are racist ! and the bill is not consistent. 1 night I brought my family here and 2 nights later We ordered the exact SAME THING BUT the price nearly doubled. Was it because we are white? They add their OWN TIP ! I strongly recommend this place be investigated. I spoke to the waitress and she looked at me and didnt even speak!! She had a bad attitude, And I found hair in my food. And the water tastes like LEAD ! I dont trust this place with me and my familys food. God only knows whats in that kitchen!!

I Don t know where some of these folks are getting there resources from yes I have seen a fly in there before but what restaunt or any business for that matter has ever had there fare share of problems, no one is perfect but I give place an outstanding rating the food outstandingly great, customer service is awesome, the owner/ manager himself come s and greats everyone with respect get good refills every time drinks just all round good place family restaurant with a really good prices for seafood!!!

stopped in this past saturday night about 8:30pm-food great!! sushi wonderful as well!! i love the chicken ,fried & then in a sort of melted peanut butter glaze-delicious!!! prices are very reasonable,$12.00,weekend,dinner,not pricey,folks-for all you can eat buffet??? lunch/dinner weekdays would be cheaper,if you prefer,but not pricey at all!!! everything was delicious-also crabs,crawfish,several varieties of shrimp-coconut are fabulous!!! give them a try-we loved it!!

I give this place one star iv been going here because I know the food then was Awsome but as of yesterday I wont be going back half of the items on my plate were awfully disgusting exspically the crab. An cheese dish I like an the rice was awful as well an the rice noodle I wont be going back no time soon need better chefs oh an my stomach is so jacked up right now as Im typing Im sitting on the toilet sorry tmi thank you golden dragon buffet!!!!!

THEY NEED TO RENOVATE THIS PLACE!!! It is litteraly falling up part Hurricane Katrina. Iv been eating here since 2010 and by 2014 there food has gotten worse and by 2016 it is just awful. They are always busy and i would give this 5 starts if they would Renovate. If they dont stop for a while and continue to serve Horribal Bacterial Food, then the Food and Health Administration will shut them down. Goodbye Golden Diarrhea Buffet

We got there an hour and a half before dinner change. The food was great and the service was not the worst. However we got cut off an hour before dinner due to then bring out dinner items. NOT OK! We paid for a service there we didnt fully receive. We went up to get more just to be told we will be charged more for it. To bad because they really do have good food. If it werent for that we would have went back and told others.
