Horrible, IMO. Go across the street to New Asia for good Chinese food. Noodles Bistro is Americanized fair that is more suited to the food court of a mall than a restaurant. The decor looks nice, however. Staff is rather incompetent and had problems with my orders. In fact, the credit card never went through and still has not appeared on my bank statement. You know it is bad when the hostess cant recommend anything good to try. The potstickers are obviously the frozen varieties and the beef stew with noodle soup was disgusting. The beef was tough and the soup was so viscous and overladen with cornstarch that its texture resembled mucus.

Well I think its pretty obvious the BrandonW person who commented below is either an owner or employee of New Asia. Pretty lame to sink that low Ive eaten at Noodles about 6 times and each time was a great experience. Their crab ragos are the best ive had In Memphis and their bubble tea as well. My husband loves their udon soup. Service is good not amazing but so far everyone has been polite. The prices are fair for the amount and quality. Everything is fresh and always hot.The atmosphere is good, I think it would be nice of they played autheic Chinese or Thai music. Overall this is one of my favorite asain restaurants in town

Used uber eats to get a deliver. Very expensive proposition. They made the uber driver late. Called noodles before delivery arrived, they were too busy to complete an order in promised time. Received order 30 min late with no utensils while staying in hotel. Unable to eat the order called noodles restaurant that said I didnt request utensils to eat my delivery food. Blamed it on me, and stuck with that stance until I became irritated enough that they felt justified in hanging the phone up on me. So, frustrate the customer, and suggest that are too frustrated with what is the customers fault, and disconnect the call. Fail.

Noodles is the most outstanding Asian restaurant I have ever experienced. The family that runs it is extremely friendly and very caring. They are the only Asian restaurant I have been to where everything on the menu is excellent and the service is above and beyond extraordinary. Thank you again for your wonderful service. I highly recommend their steamed pot stickers.

This is one of the best Asian restaurants I have been to in a long time. The food is fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and cozy and the service is always fast and friendly. My favorite dishes are the chicken lo mein and the pepper steak with fried rice.

I love this place! It can get a little spicy, of course, so when you ask for spice, make sure you know that you want it. I particularly recommend the Pad Thai; its delicious and the portion is large enough that youll have leftovers!

Noodles has good food. I cant speak for the service as I order take out but that is usually efficient. It does however have high prices for its food ,but if you want the good food they serve you cant expect to get it for much less.

I love this place, they appear under staffed at times but they work very hard to make sure you get what you want. The food is great. The staff is friendly, the prices are appropriate for the amount of food you get.

Awesome, friendly staff! They give you generous portions too and the taste is delicious. I recommend the Wonton Noodle Shrimp Soup- its amazing! We were impressed with everything we tried and cant wait to go back!
