I called to order a pizza. The lady I spoke with got upset that I asked a question because she was busy. Hung up in my face. I call back for a manager and share my feedback with a man named Michael who answers the phone at the store. The first day he tells me that he will not give me the managers name. Call back Monday. I call back Monday and he asks me why I want to speak with the manager. I tell him. He says you have to wait 15 minutes . The assistant manager gets on the phone and says. The general manager is on vacation and I dont know when she will be back. Michael told you I was busy. I originally called about the rudeness at the store and I now understand that this is the atmosphere at the store. The assistant manager hung up the phone in my face. I will make it a point to never spend my hard earned money with this company again.

They left out something they charged me for. All I wanted to do was tell the manager that the orders needed to be checked before they left the store. We live 45 minutes away. The manager was rude and interrupted me. The pizza was over cooked and the bread sticks were so hard that we couldnt eat them. Dont go to Pizza Hut on west main in Lebanon, TN. Worst pizza ever

Ive ordered from them several times. Just about every delivery estimate is double what the actual show time is. They consistently mess up orders and then act like its our fault. As of today I am no longer a customer. I will still enjoy other stores as we like Pizza Hut pizza, but this location needs a cleansing of management.

Dough was raw. Chicken was bloody. I order at 8pm. Got food at 9:45 it was wrong and not cooked. Called back the manager William said they were closed nothing he can do about it. If we get sick from eating raw chicken youll wish you did something. Worst place ever. Go to Papa johns its so much better.

Okay so I ordered it online it said it would be an hour and 3o mins so an hour and 40 mins later I call and they said that they already cancled it bc they called the wrong number and that lady had no idea what they were talking about so yeah Im never ever going here again. Too many dumb mistakes

WORST CHICKEN WINGS EVER!!! I ordered chicken wings and when I got them they were nothing but fat and slime and definitely under cooked! They credited me for the price of the wings but not the point. THEY NEED TO PROPERLY TEMP THEIR CHICKEN BEFORE SENDING IT OUT!!!

About the worst pizza I have had in a long time. Ordered 2 great price. But We told the lady taking order twice No onion on 1 of them. Get home . Onion all over it.........Ordered cheese sticks. Who wants them with out sauce....

Took a hour to get a personal pizza and cheese sticks. Got a alert it went out for delivery. 30 minutes later, I finally get it and have to warm it up. Second time I have ordered from them and food arrived cold.

Refused to let me order because I am "outside their delivery radius" literally 6 miles away but I cant pick one up because I drive an 18 wheeler. Completely outrageous that they dont deliver 6 miles out.......

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever received in my life. Pizzas are prepared wrong or not at all, and take upwards of two hours to deliver. Do yourself a favor and go to Dominos.
