I work at the hospital next door. Ive been there twice in the last year and both times were crappy service and messed up orders. The first time I went about 30 mins before they closed and ordered 3 large coffees for my co-workers an d they complained about not having enough and having to make more. I mean its just coffee how hard is it to push start? Tonight I went and made two separate orders. Each came withbone drink. They came out to deliver it with 6 drinks and the food. I politically told him one carrier was not mine for I could tell it was a red drink. One out of 6 drinks was the one I asked for. Then the guy takes my card for the first preset and $20 for the second which was $9.08. Handed me my card and a $10. Thats it.. yes it was less than $1 that he owed but it wasnt my money. I didnt complain about the change because I already sent him back twice to correct the drinks. Then got to work and the order was wrong. And cold! For a 30 min wait it should have been fresh. I will not go back!

Its always something with both of the locations in Gallatin. Tonight was just one of the many bad experiences. Theyre all the time telling us they cant make the simplest of things because theyre not a promotional item anymore(ex. They couldnt make my pregnant girlfriend a raspberry Sonic splash period. Were talking about what carbonated water and raspberry flavoring? People are just too lazy to do their job and tonight when theyre sign and their website from Google says 11 p.m. is when they close and when I tried to order at 10:05 some young girl screams into the speaker "sorry we closed." Id rather drive to Portland or Hendersonville before I eat at either of these places again.

Ive been to this sonic like 5 times in the past 2 weeks after taking my son to school in the mornings.every time there has been something wrong with my order.and every time I have said something to the waitress I have gotten an attitude. I have also been told that they dont have 44 Oz iced coffee when its clearly on the menu and have never had a problem before. I think I am Goin to avoid this location and maybe get a better experience at the other one across town.

Second time in a row they say they have my order and get it wrong. Ordered a tea and got a limeade drink. Second visit different week, order sausage biscuit with cheese no egg, receive plain biscuit after being told "I got this!" Yep they certainly got it "Wrong" again!! This is like the worse Sonic in Gallatin.

Had breakfast burrito with sausage, it was hot and very fresh. The best I had from a Sonic during my travels, recommend anyone reading this and looking for great food, stop here and check them out, the employees are outstanding and aim to please. My server was Ashley

I always use this location because its closer to my side of town. Lately the food quality just hasnt been there. Tonight the bun wasnt warm and the cheese was not even melted on my burger. Plus, part of the order was missing. Cmon guys, you can do better.

Went there for happy hour, first question we asked is iced coffee included. Einstein said it was then rang up full price. Snippy girl said it wasnt. We can find better establishments than this disrespectful untrained ice cream shop.

This sonic has the sweetest lil car hops in town and tonight I had my very first male car hop Clarence. He was great fast and refixed my drink perfectly. Our order was perfect hot and fast. Well be eating good tonight .thanks sonic

Went there after getting off work late. It was about 30 minutes til closing and the service was great. The car hop was very polite and sweet. My food was very hot and very delicious. I rarely have an issue out of them.

They are nice. Person taking order was not thankful, nor did she give us our total. Ordered two large Iced coffees. Tasted terrible. Would not remake them for us. Will not come back to this location.
