I would normally give this place a higher rating. Come in here on Saturday mornings, have to wait to be seated and receive excellent food and service. Today the table was dirty and after asking twice for it to be washed off, washed it ourselves. Had to wait over thirty minutes for coffee, another five after that for silverware, the plate my food was served on was dirty and the eggs were cold. Our server, 388 Sarah M. was more concerned with visiting her family who were sitting in another booth than to do her job properly. I have waited tables and that is how you lose customers.

Way too overpriced for what it is. You wont find a meal under $10 after buying your $2.50 drink. The waitress we had was terrible. Only saw us twice in the hour and forty five minutes we were there and the store wasnt even busy. I had heard from everyone to avoid this place like the plague but since everything except McDonalds was closed I decided I would give it a try. I honestly regret choosing this over McDonalds.

I got the breakfast sampler, with shredded chesse. Got my food with No cheese on my eggs, even though they charged me extra for it. Asked for them to add cheese, they gave me the same eggs, but made me more eggs. The eggs still didnt have cheese on them. Got frustrated, but paid tip a anyway. Got home to eat, only to have eggshells in my eggs. Can you say...pissed!?! Will not spend my money there anymore.

First off, to all the reviews talking about a wait, when you go to a place with a part dedicated to waiting to be seated, expect a wait. The place was clean and the food was great. I rarely eat pancakes but this is where Id go. Our waiter was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Only didnt give 5 stars because I only give that to places that blow me away. We visited I HOP 02/11/17, we had breakfast and the food was delicious, The real enjoyable parts of this visit, Was the team that someone took the time to teach the real customer service. that sometimes i feel like is a lost art.I have been in customer service for most of my life ... and it is refreshing to know that someone out there is still teaching true customer service..Thank you !!!

Expect way better service on a Monday afternoon and it wasnt busy at all. All the staff need way better training. The waitress started cleaning off the table while we were still sitting wiping it off and made us move. I will never be back. I havent had good service at any IHOP I have been to.

Waited forever to get our food, then had to send back both of our kids meals because the pancakes were raw in the middle. They didnt bring the pancakes back until everyone else at the table was done eating, so our 3 and 4 year olds sat and watched us eat and munched on my fries waiting....

This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The service is terrible and very unprofessional. They gave someone else our order and then tried to rush cooking ours and ruined each dish. This place is a disgrace to the IHOP name. Never coming here again!

Horrible. The waitresses walk past us for over 20 minutes making eye contact but seating and serving customers who came in well after us. We finally just got up and walked out. They took drink order but never brought it out.
