This is a very poorly managed location. They will go out of business if they do not improve. We love DQ and this is such a disappointment. We have problems every time we go there. Issues we experienced: 1) sorry we are out of ice cream 2) ice cold raw gravy - sorry someone from the morning shift forgot to turn on the gravy 3) twice we have received cold bread smeared with margarine - sorry our toaster is broken 4) long lines for iced tea because they do not stock the self serve area 5) tv service looks like it has been disconnected 6) messy tables. I guess we will have to drive to Hermitage for DQ...we have given this location 6 chances and give up!

We pulled into the drive thru at 9:20 and received our order at 9:55. Our blizzards were ready as we pulled to the window. 20 mins later we were still at the window. We watched as they microwaved our burgers and chicken fingers, at the 15 min mark they put our fries in the fryer. Before we left, we had to remind them we also had drinks. $34 later we had 3 thawed blizzards with microwaved burgers and chicken. Go here expecting overpriced grief and disappointment and you will leave satisfied.

Freezing! (UPDATED BELOW)Who wants ice cream when you cant stop shivering? 15 workers present - colas are out and no lids - 3 people eating inside while shivering. Excited to get DQ back in MJ, but it is not anything like a neighborhood hangout because it is too cold! If you want ice cream take it to go! Update: Enjoyed DQ today. More tidy, food was good, not freezing and we ordered in. Cola was NOT out, and lids were plentiful. No problems - it seems to be summer ready!

Complete lack of attention to detail or care. Third visit with the same results, zero care put into customer orders. Ordered chicken baskets with extra gravy (upcharge) and received a single cup of chili, how is that even close? If there were competent employees or management this wouldnt happen, also if you call it is conviently routed to a non descript answering machine. I could understand if they were busy but they were not.

Had to wait for an employee to come inside the restaurant to take our order for at least 8 minutes. When she finally did some in, she didnt speak to anyone waiting in line and proceeded to do a couple of other things before helping us. No thank yous or anything. A couple of employees were working extremely hard while the rest were goofing off. They need some lessons in customer service.

After sitting in line in drive thru (held hostage because of the concrete barrier preventing me from leaving) for 17 minutes, I was finally able to order my food.... Then it took over 5 minutes more to actually receive it. Definitely will NEVER be back to this location. Too many teenagers and no adult management visible at 8:30 on a Saturday night....

Probably the worst experience Ive had at any fast food place Ive been to. A bunch of teens running the place with no workplace etiquette or customer service skills. I understand its fast food, but when people that came after me get a blizzard first, then my blizzard order is incorrect, THEN you act like Im putting you out? Ill never come back here.

I love Dairy Queen, and was so excited when they opened. However this location has some serious staff issues. The food was extremely slow (30 minutes for a hamburger) when I went to the desk to complain. There was a line of unhappy customers wanting their money back or their food. This store needs to fix their staffing issues.

Its hard to mess up the ice cream....but the chicken was on the verge of raw, the poor kid at the front was running it almost by himself and it took forever to get a simple strawberry shake. On a trip prior to this visit it took almost 20 minutes to get a simple ice cream order through the check out.

This location needs some serious training for its all teenage staff. These kids need to learn organization, work ethic, and customer service. They also need to be trained on how to make these desserts. We waited for over 30 minutes for runny ice cream. As did many customers in there while we were.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DQ! There was no adult supervision once so ever, you could here the "teen" workers complain & chitchat while not doing thier job and service sucked. It took almost 20 minutes to get my blizzard and when I did get it it was very melted.

Chicken strips and fries were "warm", not even close to being hot. This was my second visit to the location since they opened. I had decided to give them a second chance since they were still new the first time I went. Employees were nicefriendly.

The guy that took our order was nice but the place couldve been a little cleaner also. We ordered and payed for three comes dipped in Cherry only to find out after we paid that there was no cherry left and didnt offer to adjust the charges.

I the chicken strip basket with country gravy. The chicken wasnt cooked and neither was the gravy. It was ice cold and chicken was still frozen in spots. Will not go there again!
