This pizza hut is the worst! Order our food at 5:03 p.m. for a future delivery at 6:30 p.m. At 6:50 I called to find out where my pizza was and they tell me they had tried to make a delivery at 5:30 p.m. and nobody answered the door. I said I know we werent home thats why I wanted it delivered at 6:30 p.m. he said well Im sorry Ill remake the pizza and it will be out in 55 mins. I said are you kidding me??? I have a 5 and a 3 year old that are waiting on pizza so we can carve pumpkins. He said 55 mins is the best I can do. I said well Ill come get it. He said it would be another 30 mins. I said can I talk to a manger? He said I am the manager. I said just cancel my order Ill go to papa Johns. He said yea that is probably best! And then he hung up on me. I called Corp. This is the second time this has happened to me at this pizza hut and Ive only tried to order there twice. NEVER AGAIN!

I am extremely disappointed. I placed my order at 5:45 delivery 6:45...never had a wait time that long but I get it. They dont show up until 7. So I was already kind of irritated. So I get my pizza, take a bite AND THERE IS PAPER COOKED INTO MY PIZZA. This really makes me question how sanitary they are. Especially in cold and flu season...do you want customers getting sick? Absolutely unacceptable. I did not confront management because what will they do? Give me a free pizza? I dont want it. I will stick to mom and pop shops like Ziggys in Mt Juliet who actually know what they are doing. Pizza Hut has been going down hill for quite some time but you need to reevaluate what youre doing because this is disgusting. Paper in my pizza, rock hard breadsticks, I should have saved my money.

AVOID! Despite having a bad experience last time we came to this pizza hut, i came back. This time my pizza had folded over itself when they boxed it up yet it was still sent out. It wasnt well done as requested either. I ordered at 7 and its now 7:40 and i am still waiting on the remake with another customer who had a messed up order. We both saw 2 other customers come in with botched orders to complain while waiting. I work 3rd shift (and 1st) and this is seriously cutting into the 6 hours a day i have when i am not at work or commuting. I am pissed. Never again.

Wish they had a negative star rating. I ordered online, when the pizza came it was cold as well as wrong. I called and they sent another one. This time it was hot but still wrong. They tried to replace it but at this point I was tired of arguing with the manager. The crew has little knowledge of the menu. I have been loyal to Pizza hut nation wide and by far this is the worse location ever. As long as I am in this area, I will never order from here.

I liked nothing about it. I walked in, no one was in the front. After a few minutes a girl came and I ordered. I was told 15 - 20 min. 30 minutes later, I called out "HELLO" as there had not been anyone in the front the entire time... I could see a couple of people eating in the back...one ducked out of sight... A guy came up, opened the warmer and got out my pizza... "Sorry" he said...

In August, 3 of my delivery orders were missing stuff when they finally showed up. Decided in November to try again. Driver shows up and is missing stuff again. Ive talked to corporate and management at the store. Im done with this place for good. Dont hand me a credit card slip and expect me to sign if you cant even bring all the crap you want to be paid for EVERY TIME.

Normally i dont care about the price of a pizza at pizza hut compared to say little ceasers, but after recieving a flat pizza with no sauce and barely any cheese atleat 3 times now from this location i am giving up on pizzahut. A shame really I used to think that no place could make pizzas better than pizza hut, but this place has ruined my pizzahut experience!

We ordered two medium pizzas tonight. They were HORRIBLE! They were room temperature and soggy and just thrown together. They werent cut all the way through or evenly and they tasted bland. I really feel like I just wasted my money. And dont want anyone to waste their money or time there either. We will NEVER order from pizza hut again!

This is the WORST pizza place in Gallatin, Staffed by a bunch of freaks that cannot cook a pizza. I dont understand why pizza hut corp. doesnt fire the whole bunch and redo their menu. I WILL NEVER GO TO PIZZA HUT AGAIN. Dominos in Gallatin makes a pretty good pie.

After waiting 2 hours for them to deliver my order, I received a stone cold pizza. Everything had to be reheated. Plus, the pepperoni pizza had no cheese on it at all. The extra cheese pizza had all melted to the middle leaving the outside just sauce!

Awful food, undercooked pizza, cheesesticks not cut, hot wings taste like straight hot sauce, chicken soggy and undercooked. Will never eat there again! Will definitely be speaking with corporate and manager tomorrow! Have pictures of the nasty mess!

2 and half hour delivery time when quoted 1 hr. Order not complete. Ordered BRead sticks and was told they were out, when the delivery was finally made. Would have been ok if I was called about the issue instead of expecting them.

The manager, Jessica, is very rude! The kitchen is never clean, the dishes arent washed throughly, employees dont wash their hands, and when food is dropped on the ground its still used! Not a good place to eat.

Online service is NOT RELIABLE and store management NOT RESPONSIVE! We have ordered online twice and both times the pizza has arrived late and cold. Management did not apologize when called and was abusive.

Weve ordered carryout out from this location a couple times per month for the past 2 years. Pizza is always ready in expected amount of time (usually 15-20min) and tastes great. Ive never had any issues.

Pizza is dry with little sauce. Not a good flavor. The pizzas I have bought just dont even look appetizing. Not impressed over and over again. Ive had much better pizza from other Pizza Huts.
