Honestly you should have stayed at the other location. At least there you guys had staff that would LISTEN to what was being ordered. 3 times in 1 week during lunch and dinner hours both my order has been incorrect. I guess it just that I want my sandwich different and the only way that you train your people is to make it is by the pictures. This time when I came in with the wrong sandwich only one person behind the counter even offered an apology. The other told his coworker "well, Im going on break, you got this?" The other employee just tried making me feel better by telling me how she quit going somewhere because that place screwed her order up too much. Is that what you want your customers to do? Just quit coming because you screw the orders up? If so, I probably will....if not maybe retrain them to SHOW that they are sorry for the inconvenience and how to listen and make the order right the first time.

The service here used to be very good. Its used to be fast, friendly, and our order was always right. Recently, it has been HORRIBLE! We went inside and there was not one person over the age of 18..this place is now being ran by teenagers and the service is awful. We could hear them saying they had to change the chocolate out, so when I asked for a small chocolate cup of ice cream and the little kid told me their machine was down...that just meant they didnt feel like doing their job. Hate this Dairy Queen now..nothing but disrespectful, ghetto teenage thugs running now.

Horrible place. I ordered my daughters birthday cake a week in advance. When we went to pick it up, they has no record if it even though we had called to confirm the day before. I asked to speak to the manager. He was a total red neck who couldnt have cared less about the situation. Im not sure he could even add 2 + 2 so if I was the owner I would be extremely concerned about who was running the place. You can imagine how I felt when I had to tell my daughter that there would be no birthday cake from the DQ. Thank you Basking Robbins for saving the day!

Just went through drive through and order 2 number 4s and an extra double cheeseburger. While waiting for my food there was a little blonde girl running her mouth and the order was completely messed up. I had to park the care and go back in and get the extra double cheese burger. When I got home the double cheeseburger had NOTHING on it but 2 patties and 1 slice of cheese. No condiments. This place sucks, second time something has happened to order so we wont be back.

Despite some of the more negative reviews seen here, I have a pretty good experience with this place. Im currently 20 years old and Ive been coming here every so often ever since I was a little kid in elementary school. Great ice cream, especially the Oreo Blizzard. Id come here more often if I could. I do still prefer Baskin Robins over it, but if youre in the area and have a craving for ice cream, you cant go wrong with it.

Went last Wednesday 6/28/17 I placed my order but apparently she didnt hear that I actually said 2 blizzards instead of one. When I got to the window I told her about the mistake and they acted as if they were being asked to move a mountain by making me the second blizzard. The girl actually yelled loud enough for me to hear how angry she was about having to do her job. Horrible customer service.

They seem to have massive employee turnover. The owner is nice, and will resolve any service issues quickly, however; the kitchen help skips on preprepared things like side salads. They are the perfect size for people on a fast.

Whenever I have needed to order an ice cream cake long distance from New Hampshire, to be picked up by someone there, they have been very helpful and efficient. Their cakes are always a big hit at Maries group home.

These employees are horrible and there is no customer service anymore!! And their hours sign should say open till 10 pm but we stop making fresh food at 9 pm cause we need to leave right at 10!!!

The manager personally came by our table to make sure things were good. The only bad thing I can say is there was too much food. I got the $5 lunch. The food was good and service was great.
