We called to place a delivery order and had a rather unpleasant experience. The menu attached to google contains many dishes that China Wok does not even serve. I had to repeat my phone number as well as my location and order 3 to 5 times EACH in order to be understood. halfway through asking for my estimated delivery time the female manager on the phone HUNG UP ON ME. We called back 45 minutes later to check on our delivery and were told it would be yet another 45 minutes. We had to ask her several times to clarify what she was saying because she was so difficult to understand and she got rude and very unprofessional and hung up on us again!! She called back and we cancelled our order. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Can not believe that was how the manager acted!!

my sister and i were in lebanon on 12/11/15 .... asked the motel clerk at the la quinta about chinese delivery to the motel and she pulled out menus and helped us choose china wok .... and omg, was that an excellent choice!!!! we ordered spring rolls; which were tender and tasty, fried shrimp that was butterflied and absolutely out of this world delicious, and beef with mushrooms that was yum yum!!! they told us delivery time would be 45 minutes to an hour, within 20 minutes the delivery guy was knocking at our door!!! would definitely eat here again!!!

My husband, 2 year old, and I just had China Wok for the first time. It is absolutely amazing. We walked in and ordered takeout, we were in and out within 15 minutes. The food is absolutely amazing. The service was great, the lady who took care of us was very sweet and on top of everything. We had zero issues with our order. Everything was brought home correct, hot, and delicious. These people really know what theyre doing!! We will certainly be reoccurring customers!

LOVE the food here. But watch out for extra charges. Ordered takeout that the menu says should be 13.00 but ended up charged for 18.00. Also, If you call to place an order, the woman who answers the phone is rushed and not very friendly. But all of this is made up by how good the food is. Would recommend to a friend.

Love the food except the egg rolls. They made a mistake on a pickup order & had their delivery guy bring the item to our apartment to fix it. Very responsive to suggestions, i wanted something hotter one time & it was no problem. No matter what anyone else says, try em, you might accidently like them.

I ordered my lunch, two hrs later it arrives. Sit down to eat my lunch and it is the wrong order. I call to tell him they had my order wrong, he said I should eat that and they will give me credit for next time. Only issue I do not eat what they sent. Not very happy.

Ordered takeout yesterday and good arrived in good time and was hot and delicious. Delivery guy was courteous. My only problem was lady on phone taking order could hardly speak English and was hard to understand which was frustrating.

Ordered a Mongolian beef and a fried dumpling for delivery. She marked up both items. When I asked why is everything $2.00 more for each item she said new menu. So the $12.45 with out tax is now $20.10. Lets hope its good

Theres absolutely nothing good about this restaurant. Ive ordered from here twice about three weeks apart, and each time my order was wrong. And the food was burnt and over seasoned.
