I dont who cooked or battered the chicken but it was terrible. The pieces looked like miscuts, breast with the whole back attached, the back was battered with the breast. The chicken was not A grade,how do I know I was a quality control supervisor for 10 yrs prior to that quality control inspector. The batter was falling off the chicken and had so much grease when you held it grease ran down your hand. And taste I dont even know but one way to describe it ,it was unbeatable. Who ever sent this out to a customer either didnt know what they were doing or did not care. I hope someone in management reads this and make sure it dont happen again. FRIDAY Nite Dinner Ramen noodles . Thanks KFC . I intend to call management now that I think of it , why? I dont like throwing get money away.

The place is GROSS ,.... with water stains in the ceiling above the dining area. Some of the tiles missing. The entire building it NASTY .... lets get some cleaning and repairing done. Went thru the drive thru twice in a few days to purchase a Go Cup .... Needless to say .... A bird would starve on the portions they are giving .... I have purchased them in Guntersville and have gotten a much BETTER portion. Todays purchase from Boaz, contained 3 and 1/2 potato wedges ... 5 - 6 nuggets. The wedges were old, to say the least. Boaz KFC really needs to step up to the Plate

Walked in going to eat buffet..... it looked so horrible that this restaurant should be closed down... and a toddler running around on backline, when did that become acceptable? I manage a restaurant and will never be back in that nasty restaurant... at least until it gets under new management and cleaned.

Tonight we were sold corn so old it appeared dehydrated. Chicken was clearly not fresh too. Not sure whats up but consistency would be nice.
