The new general manager is amazing! Warren is helpful, informative, and goes out of his way - above and beyond what could reasonably be expected - to make sure your dining experience is both tasty and fun. I love the greetings when I walk in the door, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the whole atmosphere! And the food! My kids can be picky, but when were going to FireHouse, they get more excited than for unexpected cookies! The staff is patient when they ask questions and even encourages them to try new things - which they never complain about! I know Im exclamation mark crazy here, but I cannot say enough about Warren, FireHouse, and getting more than expected from both. Overall, highly HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!

I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant early to pick up my order. The manager was very professional and offered me a complimentary drink while I waited which was greatly appreciated. The food is always good here and the staff is always friendly.
