I dont know if this location has changed management or ownership but this place has gone way down hill. There is a new Manager I guess, shorter man with red facial hair? He is so rude to people. And dont forget the so called "buffet"! Nothing was on there the 20 mins we were in there for lunch and when it did come out it barely had any toppings or cheese on the pizzas. The salad is awful, please bring back the previous Management wherever they have gone. They were the nicest group of guys.

Some of us go out to lunch every now and then and we always head to the Snappy buffet. The salad is great and the pizzas come fresh right out of the oven. I personally love the cinnamon dessert, that is one of my all time favorites. Its a great deal for lunch, we love the food and the people who work there have always been very nice to us. Some day I want my picture with the mascot. Keep up the good work and well keep coming back!

front desk rewards cards, never dropped off at the front desk, by the drivers... and free pizza at this rate, never exist. Thanks for letting us believe we are rewarded for selling and giving information to your location and your products.... then when we call in that cards are not dropped off, owell. all good, we can remove your advertising from our rooms, and present other pizza companies, rather than yours. I love the food, however, the buffet is not good. Wilted lettuce in the salad...cold pizza on the buffet...and the first hot one that came out was snatched by people that had probably been waiting on a new pizza for 30 mins. People were sticking their hands in the ice dispenser in attempt to allow the ice out. Ew. Buffet food should not be a fight between hungry patrons.

Terrible service! Every time I have ordered delivery from this location in the past year has been a catastrophe! Wrong pizzas, delivery that takes an hour and a half, forgotten orders, no one answers the phone or responds to the complaints of poor service. I love their pizzas but Ill be ordering from the hardin valley location from now on. Shame

There is nothing fancy about Snappy Tomato pizza, but it is absolutely delicious. Quality ingredients, good customer service and fair prices. With regard to the other reviewers comment about reheating, Ive reheated Snappy pizza without issue. Use an oven, not a microwave.
