I am giving this location a bad review because A.) Incredibly long wait times, B.) We were given the wrong food, C.) The food was lackluster, at best, D.) Terrible service... just awful. Heres the story... We arrived with a large party around 8:30. There was very little else going on in the restaurant from what I could see. We were all seated pretty much immediately. From the beginning we told our server that we would all be on separate checks. After ordering our drinks, the server disappeared for the better part of 30 minutes. Breadsticks came out.... still no sign of our server. Everyone had to make the decision: should we go ahead and choke down these breadsticks without anything to drink, or wait until the drinks arrived and eat them cold. The drinks finally arrived, and everyone needed refills almost immediately (it was a REALLY hot day, and we had just arrived from driving down from NC, so we were REALLY thirsty, making the whole thing that much worse), which we told our server. I had to wrangle another tables server and BEG for a water refill. Our server finally came to take our order (its already almost 10PM at this point), my husband and I ordered a chicken parmigiana split. When it arrived (nearly an hour later), it was chicken and shrimp carbonara. The server made US feel like WE had done something wrong! She made no apologies and just seemed really annoyed that we wouldnt just eat the food that she had brought out. To be honest, if it had been ANYthing else, we probably wouldve eaten it - but we dont like shrimp. So... back it went. By the way... it should be mentioned, I ordered a beer at the very beginning, and it never arrived. I asked the server about it, and she huffed, "They never brought it out??" and stormed off. She came back several minutes later, and no explanation, no Hey, Im really sorry about that!, just slammed it down and walked off. Rough night, maybe? The punchline to this whole thing is that the restaurant powers-that-be put ALL of our meals on ONE check. We waited for the better part of an hour for them to straighten the whole thing out. It felt like we were being held hostage! My husband and I were some of the last to pay, and our check didnt have my beer on it, so the lady taking our money said, "Just give me $6 extra, and well be square." What a MESS! I cant imagine what those books looked like at the end of the night, and how much money they lost in tips. One of the gentlemen in our party was visiting from Italy, and he just shook his head at the whole ordeal, and said, "I ordered ravioli, and I dont know what it was, but it wasnt ravioli." I generally enjoy going to the Olive Garden, but I will never go to this specific location again, and I highly recommend you steer clear, too. There are plenty of other fantastic restaurants in the area without wasting your money on subpar food, and shockingly terrible service.

I was a little reluctant to go Olive Garden after having a disastrous experience in the past, but I am pleased to say that the franchise has made significant progress. From the last time I went, they have added the option to get soup and salad alongside the breadsticks, all unlimited. They have also added the "Buy One, Take One" similar to Maggianos, which I think does a good of eliminating the "overpriced" aspect of their food. Overall, this a great casual place, and I am bound to return. Now for a more detailed review. As I entered Olive Garden, I noticed the smell of cheese surrounding the restaurant. For some its negligible, but for others (like my mother), it is bothersome. The restaurant has a low tier fine dining feel with the furniture and decorations, but I would still categorize it with casual dining. Ordering is pretty straightforward. I chose from the new "Buy One, Take One" menu. It is only $12.99 to start off, but upgrading to premium entrees and making modifications increases the price. The great thing about this is that you have the option to potentially try two items from this menu; one at the restaurant, and the other at home. You can always pick the same as well. Another great thing is that you can make modifications to the entrees for an extra charge. For example, I added shrimp to my fettuccine alfredo pasta. Of note, you have to pay even more to make additions to the take home entree. Suppose I wanted shrimp on the pasta that I took home. I would have to pay an additional charge alongside the charge for the pasta I had at the restaurant. The first thing to come is the salad or soup (depending on what you opted in for while ordering), and breadsticks. I found the soup to be a little salty and water, but it was edible. The salad was good as well. I really liked the dressing the used. The breadsticks were phenomenal. Mine were warm and soft (and unlimited). I made the mistake of eating too many breadsticks so by the time the entrees arrived, I was already almost full. The shrimp fettuccine alferado pasta was decent. I found it a little dry and the there were only a few shrimp. I dont think it was worth the additional $3.19 for the shrimp. The quantity was generous, well worth the price. They bring out the take home entree already packed and chilled. My favorite part of the entire experience is the Andes candy. Be sure to ask for extras, and theyll happily give you some. A friend commented that I could easily find these elsewhere, and I countered with "theyre only good if theyre free." At home, preparing the chilled entree was very easy. The instructions are clear and only requires microwaving. I had a great experience at Olive Garden. If you have a preconceived notion about this place like I did, they have significantly improved. Maybe now I can start becoming more of a regular at this place.

Service was SLOW.....server had a ditzy personality and kept forgetting items and took over 10 minutes to bring salad and soup, then over 30 minutes for meal and wine arrived 10minutes within eating meal even tho it was ordered at the beginning of service. My partner ordered the create your own tour of Italy with the chicken parmigiana, ziti, and lasagna. the first plate that came out the lasagna looked like a slop of mess of lasagna that didnt look formed well. the ziti noodles was presented with sauce just squirted on the top. my partner sent the plate back and for the plate to come back to see that it was almost the same plate with more sloppy lasagna added to waht was presented before. the manager Shantaye arrived and stated "I am the one who put the food on the plate personally and that cut of lasagna is the way that lasagna looks for the tour of italy, its different from the regular lasagna meal." In result my partner sent the plate back and didnt order anything else and shared my meal.

Bad experience this time, and I was trying it back out from a prior bad experience. Wont be back to this location, and such a shame because the food is always good, but service just terrible. I placed an order to-go online and selected the option for 4:40pm pick up. I had my 1.5 year old son with me, so I was hoping to get in and out before he got antsy....the fact that you pick up the order in the bar always makes me feel a little uncomfortable having my son with me. Anyway, I got there around 4:35 and realized Id probably have a little bit of a wait since I selected the 4:40 pick up time. I was not greeted by the To-Go service at any point of us waiting at the bar (again - with my toddler), until she finally brought out our food at 5pm. Why even select a pickup time if the food was clearly not made until I walked in the door? Very disappointing experience. I even asked to speak to a manager who NEVER came out to speak with me - Wont be back and will steer friends away.
