Great location, accessible from Hwy 78. The food was really good on my first visit however the whole rotisserie chicken that we bought was a little under cooked for my likings. I like the skin a little bit more crispy... it was soft and mushy (ewww). Had to bake it more when I got home. But the second visit was much better after I requested they cook it longer! I rated them a 4 for now because it was tasty just not roasted enough for my familys likings. Well be back!!

Always get fresh sides and one of the mgr. Has been there as long as sons been alive .he has always made sure we are taken care of since the first time we ate at this location. And now and again hell hook my son up with a cookie . the rest of the staff seams to enjoy working there. They always make it a good visit for my family and i and cant say that about but a few places i love to eat at.

In the past this Boston Market seemed to be fine with food and service. Lately they have been closing 20 minutes earlier than the 10pm time. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional. Im sure that this causes the company to loose money in the long run. I have nothing against this store at all. Being in business for myself Im sure the owner wouldnt allow them to close early this way.

I ordered the half chicken and when I got my food home it wasnt done all the way it was still very red inside and to top that off I seen roaches when I walked into the restaurant this place is disgusting and the management is horrible the one guy Charlie was very rude when I called to complain about my chicken he doesnt need to be a manager he does not know how to solve any problems

After waiting in line for almost 20 mins I got fed up and left. They only made two orders in that time and the line was to the door. They showed no concern with getting people out of there and the phone rang nonstop the whole time I was there. Worst service I have ever seen.

Great staff and customer service. Everyone is so friendly and the food is amazing ! I love the chicken because you can actually taste how fresh and real it really is. My order was very specific and they were great at accommodating my meal. Will be going there more often now.

Excellent service earlier tonight. The meatloaf meal for 3 was delicious! The manager on staff was very attentive to everyone in line and coming in the door. He even went out of the way for a customer that had to wait an extended time for their order.

I honestly had not had BM in over 15yrs but my boyfriend convinced me to have dinner with him there after a workout session. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We even went home an tried to make their zucchini and squash soufflé!

Extra great staff and the food is always on point. When I was pregnant I always wanted the sweet potato casserole and the guy always gave us a lil extra. Thought it was so sweet. They also keep their restaurant extra clean.

Great service! I was served by a very patient young man today and it was very enjoyable. I wish I got his name! The food is good, but some of it does need a bit more seasoning like the macaroni & cheese but its still good.

Not one single, solitary garbage can in sight!!! You have to bring everything to the counter for the staff to dispose of it. You really dont want to do that if someone is at the counter being waited on!!
